This famous hotel is not the same as it used to be in the past. You need to renovate your rooms and improve the quality of the buffet breakfast. The room furnitures, bed , mattress, bathroom towels all look older and ran out of life. Overall the hotel interior looks older. Carpets on 3rd floor were stinking. The food in buffet breakfast was also not good at all. Masala in Masala Dosa had too much oil, Sambhar had sweetness in it. Other items were also below par. The room tariff charged was bit high when compared to other 3 star properties in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. The only positive experience for me was their polite and courteous staff. Bathroom was clean with good sanitary. They were great. It will be great if the hotel management takes this feedback positively and works upon it to improve the experience of stay for their customers.

I have been in the Swosti Grand hotel in Bhubaneswar where I stayed for almost 3 weeks. Not only as regular guest but also as host for an international Coaching course. The friendly staff did everything within their abilities to accommodate our stay. We were supported very well to make our coaching course a succes. The participants were very happy with their rooms, the services from the staff, the food and the hospitality, we were very happy with the support for our course, the meeting rooms were professionally facilitated, we worked in several subgroups and that was also well organized. All our wishes were seriously taken care of and creative solutions were found when was needed. With this review I express my gratitude to the hotel and staff because they made my work here easier. Rupsa from housekeeping made my stay her special due to her proactive support.

Enjoyed the delicious Pakhala bhat(veg) with my family.We enjoyed the wide spread of veggies along with Pakhala bhat.
Staff was very coperative and helpful.Specially Mr.Manjur Alam the chef at the Restaurant was helpful in suggesting us the items and the quantity made available.Overall service of the staff was appreciable.
Tandoori Chicken and Fish fingers ordered by my son was too scrumptious and tasty.He enjoyed eating the food items.
