Indeed a good training imparted to all of them. We loved to stay at yours place and we do commit to visit again and again. Thanks to yours Reservation Team. At Reservation all the team members while check in as well as check out were most co-operative and made us feel at home, which is more important. In Room Dinning we enjoyed the service of every individual who served us. At the Restaurant Sujata Madam and Team of all the names mentioned were so so courteous and we could relish the food only because of such hospitality. Salute to Chef Chanchal for coming and giving us his valuable time and taking the feedback. For us yours property is more of a resort than a luxury 5 star delux hotel. Would make a visit to all the Tridents from now onwards.. It will cost my pocket...however worth it as my wife enjoyed her stay...that made my staying more the worth. Food was awesome. Wide spread Buffet Breakfast enjoyed for 2days, i.e, 13th and 14th August'22. On 12th August'22, at dinner we enjoyed the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. Chef the Salan for the Biryani was simply the same taste of Hyderabad. We stayed in Hyderabad for 6years and so we know all the top joints and as on today whenever we travel and visit Hyderabad we relish the Biryani's and their Salans. On 13th August'22, at dinner we relished Mutton Rogan Josh and Steam Rice............just delicious.....loved it .......... We had requested for soft pieces as wife is not a regular taken of Mutton and that was served... Liked yours ambience too........ Due to leisure time we enjoyed the beauty of the property even by using an umbrella and roaming about around the property. We enjoyed and had fun at the Swimming pool too, although it was raining and we had to take a chance even in the drizzling going on. Trident surrounded by greenery amidst the city is worth a place to stay & relax. Seems a resort.. Thanks & Regards PARTH…

The service is great and the staff are very polite and hospitable. Rahul, Biswajit, Asutosh particularly were very kind and we're constantly checking in with us and making us feel comfortable. Food was great, particularly the dessert.

I inadvertently left my sunglasses while on a show round at Trident Bhubaneswar. When we got back to the hotel,where we were staying( Lemon Tree Bhubaneswar), I was surprised to see my shades on the bed with my name on the Trident Tag. Just felt WOW…Oberoi Hotels can only provide such graciousness. Thank you very much Mr. Saibal Chatterjee and Mayank Sood for this kind gesture !!

The stay was amazing. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted warmly. The hospitality is surely commemdable. I would like to highlight Mr. Arif, Mr Abhik and Mr. Rahul for their impeccable service. They made sure that we got everything we needed before even asking for it including stories and memories.
