This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was superb . The room was beautiful and well-equipped. When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price.The manager Mr. Amulya was always ready to serve you the great tasty food with a smile.

A beautiful and modern hotel located on the National Highway 16 at Bhubaneswar with 03 restaurants; the North Indian 'Pind Da Dhaba', Multicuisine 'Courtyard' and Rooftop 'Cabana' boasts of veritable dining pleasure for the guests. After about 07 months of abstention from eating out during the Covid pandemic, we ventured out for experiencing dining-in at the 'Pind Da Dhaba' restaurant of the hotel on 30th September,20,on the specific assurance of hygiene and sanitation by their affable and efficient Asst. General Manager(head of the hotel management), Mr. Amulya Sahu. And what a treat it was to be served food following all Covid guidelines and we two families enjoyed the awesome Chinese cuisine to the hilt!! The complimentary king size masala papad with the mouth watering Manchow soup, Chilly Chicken and the vegetarian dishes were honed to perfection. It was a real real break from monotony while Mr. Sahu and his dedicated team went head over heels to make our experience wonderful. The best part is that we expected a very low turnout ,but to our pleasant surprise we found quite a good no. of families on outing in the restaurant. To top it all we carried home the freshly baked multigrain breads from their inhouse bakery which has become a talk of the town for quality. The scrutiny at the entrance, highest level of hygiene and sanitation inside the hotel made us feel very secure. We would thank the entire team of Mr. Sahu for their dedicated efforts. We will certainly plan more no. of visits to the restaurants in Mantra in near future.

I had a comfortable stay. All safety precautions are being taken in the hotel following the rules and regulations as specified by MHA. The quality of food is also very hygienic. The room is neat and clean and well sanitized before occupancy.

We have stayed over there yesterday. It was a pleasant experience as room service and restaurant services are too good. Mr. S.k. patra, G.M and Mr. Soumya sahoo were cooperative and helped us a lot. Room was neat and clean. Telephone service was fast. As I am from a medical background request you to put a hand sanitizer in every room , because covid pandemic is not over yet , it's a suggestion for you . Please look after this. During my 3 days of stay, it was already first day realisation that they were charging too high, because I haven’t seen a hotel in India where you have to help yourself with the luggage till the room and back to the lobby during check out. There was no handwash in the room, bathrooms are extremely small and give a translucent view outside. No soap dish in bathroom, handshower holder broken. Very limited food menu. Also, no hot water in the bath.
The service was good, however no issues were resolved.
You could find better hotels nearby.

The food was awesome, portion size was adequate as per price. Ambience was quite and soulful, stafs where we'll mannered and helpful, all kinds of payment are accepted here, food preparation time a bit late. Other than that everything was very good.
