My friend had booked this hotel for our recent official visit to Pune city. The location of the property is very good. But the quality of the rooms and property isn't that good. It needs proper renovation. Rooms are small with poor interiors.
The room rent doesn't justify the status of the property.
We stayed in Pune for 4 days but I immediately changed hotel the next day because the room rent is overpriced. Moreover they sold us 2 water bottles (Of 1 liter each) at double the MRP price and charged GST on it which is against ethics and govt. rules.

This hotel is located on Prabhat Road, near karve road. this is a central location and is a good place to stay if you are in Pune for Business. The hotel has a very good restaurant and the prices are reasonable as compared to other restaurants in pune. overall good hotel. though not sure about value for money.

stayed for two nights and found reasonably good service. Maintenance of the bath room was not found proper.
Food quality is average. Breakfast needs improvement in quality as well as variety.

I made a reservation at this hotel and paid in advance with a credit card. I needed to cancel the reservation for some reason, but I did it 12 days before the date of reservation. On their website they promise a full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance. Not only did they not issue a refund, they would not even respond to my queries. Looks like a real scam! So never pay them in advance.

The staff is very hospitable, very clean hotel, room service is very prompt and on time. Breakfast is really elaborate and yummy! Prime location on Prabhat Road made it easy to travel around. We enjoyed our stay here

Stayed at the hotel from 31 Dec 23 to 03 Jan 24. It was a comfortable stay as we were offered Execurive class of room which was bigger enough for three of us. It's located close to metro station and thus connected well. Slightly old property but it's good.

Hosted a get-together function for family at the Imperial Hall. The location of the hotel is central and convenient with enough valet parking. The hotel provided excellent food to a tailor made menu topped with excellent service. Overall the hotel does need an upgrade as a bit of the decor is jaded. The hotel seems more oriented towards events and conferences rather than stay. We, as a family had an excellent and fun filled event.

Location : Located in Lane no. 8 on Prabhat Road, Deccan, Pune. atleast 40-45 minutes drive from Pune International Airport and 30 minutes drive from Pune Central Railway Station / Bus Stand. Its actually a residential area, so quiet and peaceful. no shops/market available near by.

Even mobile network (Airtel) was not available inside the room. tried 3-4 rooms, but it was the same everywhere. Requested them to upgrade to Executive but it wasnt available. Finally checked in. The room had lots of maintenance issues. No refridgerator inside. TV in the room looked like antique. Drainage was a major problem in the bathroom so had to shift to other room the next day. the staff was really very helpful and they tried their best to help.

The rooms, furniture, fixtures, towels, cups.....everything seems to be 1 decade old :-). They should at least try to buy some new towels & cups to start with.
The complimentary breakfast was very ordinary.
Services was fine. They forgot to honor my wake-up call request though:-)

Stayed in this hotel for just one night and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, towels worn out and had stains. The dirt on the chair was completely visible and no table in the room if you wanted to catch up on some work. No wifi on 4th floor and even after complaining no one bothered to even apologies.
