Good location, within walking distance of eating places, close to malls and nightlife. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfasts good with friendly waitstaff. The real star of the place is the manager, Rohan. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and convenient, doing us many favors and even using his personal vehicle for our airport transfer. Overall, Magnus is a good choice. Thanks to all of the staff!

The suite was not prepared for the guest to check-in. The bathroom door lock was not working, cockroaches were roaming in the cupboards and parking was limited. I had to call the staff to clean and adjust the lock. While booking I saw continental breakfast as complimentary, however only two varieties of breakfast were served daily along with bread and Jam. Food was on the costlier side, and the taste was ok. The staff were very responsive and addressed to all my concerns promptly.

I had stay for 4n/5d , i had booked to see Fab brand name ,thought it would be good but it was my worst experience here they charge me early check in charges for just 1 hour difference , as i had confirm one day earlier their customer care and they said no early check in charges apply if room are available but hotel staff not provided me room though room was available to give, they just focus to earn money not see guest comfortableness, also they are charge for snacks which they put in room more than MRP prices , like 10 rs chocolate they charge 25 rs, it is also unethical , i had stay many 4 star and 5 star hotels but they use to provide early check in free as per room availability but this is with Fab hotel of magnus such a bad experience .

I have stayed at this property earlier also, It was a business trip. This hotel is located at a Prime location, at a distance of about 15-20 mins from Phoenix market city which has got some really great pubs. Rooms are really quite spacious. Lobby at the entrance gives you positive vibes, because of its decor and nicely done restaurant at the entrance. They serve both Veg and Non-Veg. Since I am a vegetarian, I tried veg only, food was good. This property doesn't have a bar. I was given the complimentary breakfast, but the spread wasn't impressive, had very limited options. I had to settle with corn-flakes. Check-out was not a very smooth experience, it took more than 20 minutes. Even though I had vacated the room and handed over the keys well in advance, but still it took quite a long time.…

Stayed at Prime Magnus Star with my girlfriend in the month of January....and I met Stella she was new to pune and was not able help me in exploring Pune but was very good to us since it was our anniversary so she did all the arrangements of our evening from gift selection to table booking in Pune Night Life.😀 Thanks to all team members of Magnus Star.
