Housekeeping services and staff we observe that only housekeeping services is very very bad thy will never replying on call or not providing Evan if you ask water bottle while booking this hotel keep is point also in mind
Overall Location , Rooms , staff breakfast all is excellent we recommend this hotel and we Will prefer to book our next visit
Management need to look about
1. Training need to provide housekeeping staff to reply on call
3. Provided toiletry in bathroom as it’s good hotel it may consider as 5 star if some small missing things improve
When we got into the room, as we were tired, we immediately decided to sleep then night off. However, upon pulling back the covers, we were surprised that no doubt the bed was clean, the covers were not. There was manly hair all under the cover. Plus there was some human skin also. (Disgusting). We immediately removed the cover and slept without the cover.
Following morning, we needed to make coffee and tea for ourselves. Unfortunately, there was no electric kettle in the room. Our hopes of having a hot cuppa in the morning were dashed. Bubble burst!
So decided to have a shower first. The shower was rather difficult to use as the know for the shower was rather awkwardly placed, hidden under the handle. Plus it was rather difficult to use the shower as you need the shower on at full blast to stay in shower mode. If the shower pressure is low, it automatically drops into bathtub mode. What was pleasant though was the water pressure was awesomely strong.
Having had our shower, we went down for breakfast. We were the first there. Variety of vegetarian food was okay, more of Southern Indian, idlis, uppama, and the likes. Non veg had a slightly different menu.
Overall, I would say no doubt it is a 5 star hotel, in my point of view, owing to the above it drops to 3 stara only.
1. there is a service cart placed in the lobby 24x7. not sure why it can't be kept within the designated area
2. the staff probably have done away how the hospitality is related with their profession. No etiquette & sense of ownership could be seen with the various people i interacted during my stay.
3. room dinning - service was slow & had to call up several times to have the room cleared. clear lack of training of staff.
4. Charging point - in my last review I highlighted this issue of CP not placed conveniently close to the bed. The room size is decent & that's it. Do not expect anything else. There was no toiletries placed in the bathroom (glad that I carried my own), the shower experience was not great either. the room & lobby weren't smelling great either. Seems like i was placed on smoking zone.
There are clear sign of aging across the aspects & seems like attention to maintenance is clearly overlooked.
I wish all the best to future travelers who choose to stay with them. for me it was surely the last time.
Thank you so much for everything.
Okay stay. Clean room. Bedsheet little stain. Modern button for whole room. Toilet had one soap for hand and body wash 🥲. Water bottle restricted. Centre of Camp Pune. Ideal for short stay. Very crowded during weekend. Avoid when possible.
Hope this would be helpful.
acknowledge the robbery. Suggest to not come here if you value your belongings.
Management doesn't care and ran away refusing to show their faces day after jewellery robbery . Shame on such people who run the hospitality sector.
Go learn some basic human communication first then run a hotel.
Special mention Mr Ashley (general manager) and MrArora who gave no f**ks and ran away. Good job . People run away from this pathetic hotel
