Staff are not focused on customer delight. Especially the receptionist of last day was acting cranky as if he owned the property and was doing a favor by letting me stay, as if i was not paying. Staff are not supportive of customers requirement. Food quality is sub-standard. Overall unhappy :(

We stayed here for few days last month and stay was excellent. Rooms were very spacious. Room service was very good. They offered traditional Thali meals which was very tasty. Located near Salisburry Park. Easily accessible by car or bus.

My Self Rittam Thakur n m from Manali, Hp. When I entered the hotel there is no bell boy to pick up the luggage in this hotel. when i reach at reception and all fill all their formalities and after that I brought my luggage to the room by myself and a mineral water was given to me by receptionist and the boy talked to take him along.(He ordered me, he dont know how to talk with client), If I order to eat then it is not available in the hotel, there is no option near the hotel.Before giving any order in the room, let's pay the payment. It seems that I am running.There is no knowledge how talk to client. Linen, Tea Kit, Bath Kit and Towel changes on request It seems that someone has stopped at Dharamshala and Gurudwara. Without any my command, the room is open, he also did master key while I slept in the room at 7 o'clock .shame on treebo management (you can see on cctv footage, 19th sep.) Hotel is good room is also good...…

good decent property , good location but had a tough time reaching the property. the reception was not quick to respond. Once in the hotel is good value for money, very friendly people ready to help , eager to make your stay comfortable. WI-FI not so great, has connectivity issue, very selective TV channels no English movies very base entertainment.

Small hotel - good location but thats about it, bedding smelled funny and beds creaked too loudly. Basic tea/coffee sachets and other amenities were available. but better to be kept as a last option. Didnt get to try the breakfast as we had a early checkout

The place is good but staff not much to help...no bellboy for help... Breakfast was served after 40 minutes of order...that too was not good in quality. Neither butter was applied properly on bread and nor the tea tasted good. reason given to us by hotel staff was for not serving buffet breakfast was taht they were busy with other customer who had wedding in the hotel... sounds like we were either taken for granted or hotel did favour by giving us stay

Neat and clean hotel with good service. Close to railway station. Value for money. Dint try the breakfast as we had an early morning train.check in also was done very fast. Overall a good hotel to stay.

We have stayed for a day but the experience was not very good. The property seems to be old and taken over by treebo recently. The cleanliness is a big issue. The food is also not up to the mark and the staff was not at all friendly. No quality check at all. Do check for other options before you book this hotel.
