We returned today after a 1 night stay(cation). The experience was pleasant all around...from check in to check out. the room was tastefully done up, with a small 'garden area', with 3 chairs (garden room category). The restaurants (Pyramisa, Salsa) served very good food, with generous portions. The breakfast was nicely laid out as well. The resort itself is a sight for sore eyes. The only caveat that may be relevant, is that the Pyramisa restaurant (which serves evening tea, breakfast) needs to be reached after climbing some stairs. Please check with the front desk in case there are guests with issues in climbing stairs.

It was a fantastic stay , right from reception till pyramisso cafe everyone was warm and friendly. Especially kids friendly. Housekeeping staff was exceptional with a quick response and in room dining experience was great and very quick service despite such huge load. Baby milk and khichdi were complimentary throught the stay which is a very overwhelming gesture from Corinthians. Just few suggestions for further improvement:
1. Toddler room can be expanded and few more toys can be included.
2. Play zone has toys only for 5 years plus, there should be atleast some remote cars and other stuff for toddlers too, as majority of crowd comes with toddlers.
3. Swimming pool could be temperature controlled if possible, as there is lot of cold air, so can't expose little kids to cold water.
4. Apart from Tambola night , there should be live music nights as well, or some magic show for kids, just a suggestion

Enjoyed my stay at The Corinthians Pune for my birthday. The property is within Pune but once you enter, it's like you're in a different place altogether. The property is big enough to make you feel away from the city.
My wife had planned a surprise Birthday package and I loved how the housekeeping staff decorated the entire room with balloons. Kudos to Buddhabhushan and Kuldeep for their efforts. Although her booking experience for the Birthday package was a letdown as the concerned person wasn't responsive to the queries.
The food was great as well. We enjoyed our lunch and dinners at Pyramisa. Whatever we tried was delicious and the staff was very courteous. Swati, Prachi, Saket, and Pranav stood out with their special care and attention.
The breakfast buffet could be improved as the food needed to be better, especially the South Indian cuisine. The staff was overwhelmed with the crowd and things could have been managed better with more workforce.
The indoor games and gaming zone is a great addition, but the interiors of both places looked outdated.
Overall, it was a great 2-day trip and would love to visit again.

The resort was first clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there with our 6 year old and they were really friendly to him as well. The food was also great at the breakfast in the morning variety of food was available plus the hot on demand breakfast. The room service was also spot on when requested extra towels or bottles of water. Over all we had a great experience and 5/5 rating. Definitely recommend anyone to go here.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights. Entire property is so well maintained, one can feel the luxury and the great hospitality demonstrated by the staff members from all the functions/departments (FO, Housekeeping, Kitchen and the restaurant).
During the checkin (and throughout our stay), we were greeted very well by the entire staff which was very welcoming. Check-in process was quick with the welcome drinks. Staff is very friendly which kids love too.
This property has great emphasis on getting customer feedback that ensures guests get what they desire to make their stay comfortable.
Resort premise is spread across 25 acres as claimed by the officials and it's actually massive!
Property has a wide range of indoor & outdoor activities for all age groups unlike many other properties.

The overall experience was great. The rooms were comfortable and the kids had access to the pool, the clubhouse with a lot of activities most of which were free and a few were charged nominally. The staff was very polite and helpful. Especially, Pallavi, Aditi and Parvinder ensured that we were taken care off very well and kept checking if we needed any assistance. I would highly recommend this place for a short trip.
