We had stayed their to celebrate an occassion. The front desk team was very kind and supportive. Ajit on reception was cooperative and shruti agarwal from guest relations was also very understanding to our needs.
I had a query for a small function as well,Deboleena was quite convincing andwas ready to assist at each step though it didnt materialize.

We had worst experience at Grand exotica pune..no safety precautions followed by staff and housekeeping..we were so scared at first place when their housekeeping entered in room without mask...linens were not washed one...in this pandemic where all hotels are taking utmost care this was unexpected from exotica.
On top of it the rooms are not maintained, bathroom door get jammed and we cancelled our second day booking..and checked out within 6 hours of booking, but no one was bothered or showed their concern or apologized. They ask us to pay full amount instead.
Our experience was totally different when compare with our last year stay..we never chose any other hotel other than exotica
..but this was really very disappointing for us..
NOT RECOMMENDED!!
On top of it the rooms are not maintained, bathroom door get jammed and we cancelled our second day booking..and checked out within 6 hours of booking, but no one was bothered or showed their concern or apologized. They ask us to pay full amount instead.

Had booked a stay at Hotel Grand Exotica owing to its proximity to my place of work/training. Reached bit late on check in day. The lobby is somewhat unwelcoming due to its faded sofa and overall plain jane appearance. Reached Room after a quick check in. Room was spacious but very dimly lit. Most of the light as well as charging points in the room were non functional. The bed and pillow offered adequate comfort but the Central air-conditioning messed it up big time. Even with moderate ambient temp of around 30 C max, it took a long long time to cool the room and with the absence of ceiling fan, one tends to feel claustrophobic. Breakfast buffet is adequate for the class of hotel but the service of waiters at the breakfast hall is slow and lethargic. You hv to remind them of your needs multiple times before you actually get served. On the day before check out,I spoke to the reception and asked for an extension of check out time by 3 hrs i.e. 3 pm instead of standard 12 pm. To my request, they agreed to gv me an extension of 2 hrs i.e. 2 pm. However, on the day of check out, I got a call from reception that they can't gv any extension beyond 1 pm even contrary to what they committed the day before even though no new guest were waiting for check in. This made the overall experience a bit sour.

I had booked a grand suite and to my horror, I found that the bedsheet was a pre-used one as it had hairs on it. They also did not have any fresh linen and took lot of yelling etc. to get one.
The furniture is dirty and full of scratches and sofas have visible marks of excessive usage.
The bathroom does not have even a soap and shampoo holder so I had to keep my toiletries on the shower floor.
Despite telling them on the first day itself they did not change anything - so that speaks about their customer service.
The buffet meal is very limited in choice and hence not worth it.
Would never visit again

Worst experience in pune.
The hotel staff is ignorant, arrogant and non-responsive from receptionist to the guest relation manager..Initially we were given room full of smoke. Then poor service in restaurant and cold food was served. No body listened to our complaint. We gave feedback in written but nobody bothered it.
Believe me stay in hotel kyriad in pimpri in same price and feel the difference !
