Worst hotel with arrogant staff not helpful at all. Rooms are already occupied with Cockroaches and mosquitoes. Toilet seats are broken. One will not feel lonely are insects are already there to company you. Limited food that too below average in taste and that even takes 30 mins to serve. Not even having same glasses to offer on a table of two.

Reception Staff Very arrogant hotel ac not working at all we had 4 rooms I will rate this hotel as 3rd grade, bfast was ok room lights now working I had to ask for a fan as ac was not working o ly one towel was kept in my room we were 3 persons... Gave twin bed room on check so had to ask for room change the reception person was so arrogant he is not even fit to be a bell boy.... I will say not to book this room at all

Clean hygienic and well located Food is great especially kabab factory Gym is well equipped Trainer Naushad , the trainer is very helpful and has good knowledge. Pool is clean and well maintained . Will consider for future stays

Except the reception, the hotel is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere, the paint coming out from walls and ceilings, broken tiles, rude and highly unprofessional staff. The peeping hole was filled with paper and there was no way to know who was knocking the door at 10PM. I brought a +1 with me for which the front desk replied by saying that they are doing a favour by allowing them to stay after I made the payment. I have stayed in many properties across India but this one by far has been my worst experience. After complaining to my company, they talked to the hotel and the room was changed to a better one. Stayed at this property on a business visit for 2 night's ( 11 & 12 July 2022 , Check in on 11 July took ages as the sole receptionist was a confused guy, spent more than 20-25 mts just to check in, The room allotted to me # 406 , The phone extension was not working, there was no tissue box, no electric kettle , the Bed was not comfy, added to that was the Metro work, With so much Noise through out the night, could not sleep for 2 nights, The Room has very DIM lites, Not suitable for a corporate traveller, You cant work in the room with the lights , The Room also has too much traffic sound coming and is not at all peaceful. The Food was ok ok types, The breakfast spread is a buffet with options to choose which was good. The sofas & chairs in the restaurant has not been cleaned for ages. No newspaper service in room, Room service was prompt. Over rating would be 6 out of 10 , please avoid if possible. …

Truly fascinated after one bad night in a filthy hotel close to this one. Hardly managed to booked it at last hours which was bit expensive. Still the tariff I checked directly with hotel front desk was much expensive than of online. Hence booked online and stayed 2 nights and fully enjoyed my stay over here. Nice room, clean, well decor and ambiance, with AC, smart TV with sat channels, nice and cozy washroom with all required and standard amenities. Loved their restaurant with lovely breakfast and all meal options. A nice and trendy bar which also provided me great choice of snacks. Highly Recommended.

I went to Pune during end of august 2019 and stayed in this hotel for three days. Nothing much to write about this hotel. It is a decent hotel. Not bad. Food was okay. I did not enjoyed the over all staying but have nothing to complain about.

The Stay was with a Negative as No Iron and Board Available , so you have to use their Laundry and that's a challenge for Time but they accomadated me in getting a set of Pant and Shirt Iorned Immediately and given , Check in was Quick , Check Out the Person at Reception was Not at All Professional it Courtoues so a Star Down for That , Bed was Okay , Room Service is Okay All in All a Okay Hotel , Location is Good near the Bus Stand but that also gives you Noise Pollution and Sleep Hazaard . The Staff needs improvement and Professionalism . Ended with a Bad Service .

My office is at May Fair Tower and hence this hotel was selected as very close . Decent hotel but nothing very exciting. Decent hygiene and decent maintenance. Food was average and lacked quality. Room was good for executive stay. With in budget and overall good.

I stayed here for a one night business trip to Pune. The place is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is in a very busy area. Lot of shops selling bus tickets for overnight buses. There are a few shops around to buy any sundries and wine. The check-in process was smooth and room was spacious for one person. Staff at reception was pleasant. Lots of good food options for room service. I ordered noodles and a chicken appetizer. They were tasty.
