Truly fascinated after one bad night in a filthy hotel close to this one. Hardly managed to booked it at last hours which was bit expensive. Still the tariff I checked directly with hotel front desk was much expensive than of online. Hence booked online and stayed 2 nights and fully enjoyed my stay over here. Nice room, clean, well decor and ambiance, with AC, smart TV with sat channels, nice and cozy washroom with all required and standard amenities. Loved their restaurant with lovely breakfast and all meal options. A nice and trendy bar which also provided me great choice of snacks. Highly Recommended.

I went to Pune during end of august 2019 and stayed in this hotel for three days. Nothing much to write about this hotel. It is a decent hotel. Not bad. Food was okay. I did not enjoyed the over all staying but have nothing to complain about.

The Stay was with a Negative as No Iron and Board Available , so you have to use their Laundry and that's a challenge for Time but they accomadated me in getting a set of Pant and Shirt Iorned Immediately and given , Check in was Quick , Check Out the Person at Reception was Not at All Professional it Courtoues so a Star Down for That , Bed was Okay , Room Service is Okay All in All a Okay Hotel , Location is Good near the Bus Stand but that also gives you Noise Pollution and Sleep Hazaard . The Staff needs improvement and Professionalism . Ended with a Bad Service .

My office is at May Fair Tower and hence this hotel was selected as very close . Decent hotel but nothing very exciting. Decent hygiene and decent maintenance. Food was average and lacked quality. Room was good for executive stay. With in budget and overall good.

I stayed here for a one night business trip to Pune. The place is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is in a very busy area. Lot of shops selling bus tickets for overnight buses. There are a few shops around to buy any sundries and wine. The check-in process was smooth and room was spacious for one person. Staff at reception was pleasant. Lots of good food options for room service. I ordered noodles and a chicken appetizer. They were tasty.

Hotel is at a prime location, I was a walk In guest with no reservations. Kartik at three reception was impeccable, helped with the bestest rate possible. Rooms are good, comfortable beds and AC was fine. Maintenance of the rooms are well taken care of. Services are prompt, you can calculate the timelines of the services asked and they are well taken care. Friendly staff. The only concern point, I found a small roaches in the bathroom, which was highlighted upon departure. I am sure they would have taken car of it with Housekeeping team. We stayed in 409/410 from 17/18th. It was a decent stay. Kudos to the team!! Well do you night shift guys!!

The rooms are ok. However, food service at the restaurant of the hotel is not at all good. Takes too much time to serve an order. the staff behaviour is good and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, near the bus stand.

The hotel is quite good and centrally located, although the access can get a bit clogged due to proximity to the bus stand and Shivaji Nagar station. - Staff are pleasant and efficient, especially front desk and belldesk - Rooms are reasonably sized, bathrooms are nice and clean - Housekeeping is efficient and good and do their job well, but slow/forgetful (twice out of four days I had to ask the front desk to have the room cleaned in the evening as it hadn't been completed by 3-4pm after I returned from work) - Breakfast buffet is good, but coffee is awful, and they add far too much sugar! - Beds are a bit uncomfortable, I didn't notice the first three nights as I was too tired, but the fourth night, I realized that it was quite bad. - The front rooms get far too much noise from outside, especially at night when the long distance buses leave the bus stand and all the honking and picking up of passengers is clearly audible from the lower floor front rooms. - In room amenities include bottled water, coffee/tea maker and toiletries, but there's no safe (although booking sites indicate there's one).

Rooms are okay. Room service is very bad. Each time one has to request for basic amenities in the room. Billing will be horrible, be careful. They charged different rates for different days. Not recommended for stay. Reception staff Mr Akshay was very bad and behaved like owner of the hotel.

Pls don't try this property at all. It's my humble request. Staff is non friendly, they are very rude. Specifically named Kiran Joshi is really rude & non helpful. He is not from hospitality industry I guess. Looks like he is from a Dharmshala. Pls make sure this guy (Kiran Joshi) should not be there at the time of your check in or during your stay. he is absolutely non professional staff i've seen ever in hospitality industry. he should work in Dharmshala or local cheap lodges, not in 3-4 star hotels at all.
