I have travelled around the world to many wellness resorts. The quality of food, services, and therapies is exceptional. Good results. Daily activities are highly interesting, start at 6 a.m., and keep you engaged all day. Amazing location and beautiful, lush green property. Doctors are trained and nice. The best part is the supercharged hospitality and all the smiling staff. They take care of everything and make your visit memorable. Our stay at the Atmantan was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. We were greeted and checked in at the front desk. The rooms have a breathtaking view! We’ve been made to feel very special by each one of you! The only 'negative' was that the female and male changing rooms in wellness spa were a little untidy and overflowing. I have been holding off posting this review pending follow up which was promised to me by 3 separate Atmantan employees, Dr Lavita, Dr Ravi and Mr. Atul (front desk manager). Unsurprisingly, in view of the rest of my experience, they have not delivered on their promise. As was clearly explained in my profile and at the initial consultation my sole goal was weight loss. Despite multiple interactions with Dr. Lavita during which she continually focused on issues that I did not have she overlooked my only concern and provided a dietary plan that was totally inappropriate(she later admitted that she had made a mistake). She somehow seemed confused regarding my own issues and those of my husband. To add insult to injury when it became clear at the departure consultation that I was a long way from reaching my goal Dr Lavita’s only response was “YOUR BODY IS STUBBORN”. In summary, the Doctor was both inexperienced and immature. There was no interface with the dietitian (assuming that person exists) and no empathy regarding the failed results. What is even more galling is that I shared the above feedback with both Dr Ravi and Mr. Atul, as mentioned above, and they have not fulfilled their promise. I do not complain gratuitously nor use social media/TripAdvisor to air my grievances, so please treat this as a legitimate warning to anybody considering Atmantan.…

At the outset we appreciate your concern stated by you and it is certainly a matter of concern for us that you have gone back dissatisfied. Weight loss is very subjective from person to person and it depends on many factors including age, metabolism, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep quality, duration of programme etc. Also it needs time especially when you fall in the normal BMI range (18-23). Its best recommended that guests who are expecting a significant weight loss should come for a longer duration of 2-4 weeks. I have been informed that besides your consulting Doctor, our Chief Consulting Doctor (Senior Doctor) also had met with you prior to departure and shared his assessment on your result. Many time medical results of programmes vary even with the same doctor. Like in the case of your husband, who had the same consulting doctor, he got significant weight loss and improvement in bowel movement. We fully endorse the fact that all guests coming over to our wellness centre are keen to get the most appropriate advice and most suitable programme. All our doctors are all fully trained in our most transformative Integrated Wellness programme and providing such result oriented wellness experience to all our guests. Atmantan always stands committed to providing you with result-oriented wellness programmes. The team at Atmantan is conscious about your valuable time and money you spend with us and we do respect your goals. If you still feel, we failed to explain the outcome of your programme, I will be more than happy to arrange a consultation and also to offer you a 3-month supervised assistance from the Doctors which is a desired duration for meeting your expected goals. All the positives: scenic location, clean air, very good treatments, great (diet) food and most supportive staff. Some concerns: 1. The rooms have no openable windows and perforce therefore and despite such good air, one has to remain in an air-conditioned environment while in the room. Having said that, there is a nice balcony to sit out 2. The mattresses are too soft leading to my suffering back pain 3. Generally, all the chairs across the complex and specially in the reception and treatment areas are very low height 4. While Atmantan is very good wellness resort, I would rate it as being more suitable for a younger audience. The hilly terrain doesn’t help as walking gets limited and the Golf Cart becomes a necessity

I booked for 5 days it went well the nature and the environment was so well staff and as very supportive in arranging the needs really liked the service from them definitely if I get chance to plan for long trip I will visit again

Amazing experience in life. Atmantan is like a Heaven in Maharashtra. A very Warm Welcome at the Front desk by Taslima. She is very Hardworking, very Polite and extremely helpful and Loyal at work. Superb Welness centre with qualified doctors consultation and extremely helpful Massage therapies. Very good yoga session a.d meditation session along with aquatic classes and many other Healthy activities. Extraordinary and unmatchable Diet Cuisine served. Very supportive staff. Especially Disha , Bijay , Sapan and ofcourse all others. Very beautiful rooms and cleanliness. Beautiful location amidst Nature. Makes one total stress free with fresh air and full of oxygen. I booked for 10 nights.first three days went awesome. Staff are so polite and smilimg always . Fourth day I went for hiking and twisted my leg on mountain. They sent the doctor qnd the team to the accident spot.it wasn't easy to reach there. They carried me down to the car and then to my room. Every hour doctor or some other member from team visited and they really took care of me. I had to cut shot my trip because my leg was fractured. But I will never forget the hospitality and the care atmantan team showed. View of the lake is breathtaking.every single thing about the place is awesome. From room to food to services. Thankyou atmantan, humanity comes first and you people topped it. Hope to come back soon . It not a five star or seven star but 100 star place. Radhika agarwal

We are now at the end of our 10 day package, it’s a nice scenic place well maintained sorrounded by hills and jungle. People in general are pleasant and well mannered.the standard of services in some areas fell short of our expectations, I don’t wish to go in details of everything but in reception department you may sometimes get disappointed Overall it’s a good place but not worth the money

If you are in for a wellness overdose this is the place. Pricy but great for relaxation as well as exercise - offers an overwhelming variety of treatments. Property is well kept and the food as well as the view is stunning. Mostly quiet however some noise from the nearby main road is there.
