Hotel premises are clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and food can be ordered via menu available in room. You could as well try Pune dishes using swiggy or zomato. Rooms are cleaned every day and nearby to the IT companies on Pune-Mumbai bypass.

Good place to stay at good price. This hotel is linked with OYO. So the hotel maintains the standard. We got the AC double room for less than Rs.2000/-. All amenities are fine, like to say AC, geyser, mini fridge, parking etc are good. The complimentary break fast was also great.

It is a very good stay, affordable, big rooms, big bathrooms and very good facilities. They provided complimentary breakfast. Very near to Baner Balewadi road. They even allow couples entry. I recommend this place if you are looking for stay near Baner.

... I walked out of lift on 3rd floor and found a large glass door having no presence of Hotel logo. so was skeptical to push the door and walk inside. They should immediately put a logo there. Chap at the reception was courteous. Took me to the room, room was clean but a more cleanliness I am habituated to while staying at other places, so the quality of bed linen, towel etc did not impress me at all. it requires major correction here. This place has tie up with a restaurant near by, a bit strange tie up but the hotel delivered a decent quality food. Hotel boy came straight to the room with the sealed containers in hand, that made me little confused thinking why the hell there is no plate or spoon in his hand. Needs correction here too. Morning, I inquired about the breakfast and found there are only three items available i.e. Poha, Bread butter and Jam, with no toaster. That means be ready to eat non toasted raw bread. and there was banana and tea coffee. Poha was tasty but it looks like management is sure that everyone will love poha and die for it. and Non veg... please don't utter here... Rooms are noisy as the balcony faces the Pune Bangalore Bypass. whole day and night there are continuous flow of traffic. didnt get good sleep Hotel location is such that while reaching and leaving, merging to main road is a great difficulty. No official u turns available near by. If I have a job in and around that place, would stay, or would never stay.…

Definitely value for money. Rooms are very spacious, equipped with fridge, microwave, should one wish to bring in some food. Bathrooms are quite large sized too. Cleanliness is exemplary. Wish to make a special mention of the hotel staff - the front office personnel - Nilesh/ Yogesh are examples of what standards the service industry should aspire to. They were most courteous, warm and helpful - ever smiling and ready to go the extra mile. Nice-to-have would be a larger choice for breakfast but since it's a small set up, they probably would need to expand their kitchen. Another thing is the noise level - it's a little difficult to go to sleep with the traffic noise but since the hotel is located off a highway, it cannot be helped. What the hotel lacks in these aspects, the staff make up for it with their attitude. Overall, recommended for the budget traveller, specially if one is particular about cleanliness.…

Recently stayed at OYO ROOMS at Hotel Kshitij ,Baner,Pune.Hotel is real value for money,with excellent room service,and wellmaintained clean spacious wellequipped room.Did not notice any good VFM restaurant nearby.Hotel provides good complimentary breakfast.The staff is good.Really enjoyed the stay.

Room 104, Very spacious. Courteous staff, speically have to mention Mr Nilesh. Located on the bypass, Ideal for those who do not want to go into the city. Room has a sink, microwave (its classified as an apartment hotel), balcony and safe.My second stay here with family. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are clean and spacious and there is a balcony as well attached to the rooms , that gives a homely feeling. Breakfast provided was decent and sufficient and they accommodated the custom request as well for breakfast options.

I visited Kshitij Hotel in March’14. It is an apartment hotel with a good room size. Room Tariff is normal. Room has a small kitchen with a small refrigerator. Hygiene is ok, can be improved. Hotel only provides breakfast in the morning but it has very limited options in menu. There is one restaurant on top floor which is not part of hotel but they do provide room service. But it is available only for lunch and dinner. Also the building has a bar cum discotheque on top floor. This disturbs you as noise continues till late night. Overall this is a good place for a short stay.
