A pathetic experience. Though I had made full payment through Oyo well in advance, I had faced check in issue. The property manager was very rude and don't have any business manners to attend the customer. If there is some dispute on the payment transfer between Oyo and the hotel then as a customer why I need to suffer? The issue could have been managed in much better way by the property manager but he was very rude and non cooperative.
It is a very good property. Very near to Railway station and Corporation office. The room is very neat and clean. Food is a little expensive in this hotel. Getting a bed is not possible as the kitchen opens at 10 am.
Took some time off to visit Pune and upon some recommendations from a friend, we checked in to Hotel Coconut Grove. Good rooms with good vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Had a good stay and the front desk was very friendly and helpful
Had been to pune for two days and had stayed in this hotel for one night. Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel as food, staff, linen, rooms cleanliness all were found good. So definitely recommended.
