We got a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived, Room was clean, well furnished, the staff made sure that we are comfortable & all the precautions were taken (covid-19). Rahul, Amol & housekeeping staff were very helpful & kind to us. Rooms used to be cleaned daily, Food from “Masakha” that we had veg or non-veg everything was jus tasty & perfect and room service is always the part, Laundry service were quick and breakfast used was really good. Hence, never felt that we are away from home and they were helpful through out the stay, as we stayed there for 16 days (exams), it never felt that long, thanks to the Excellent team of Deccan pavillion. “All the safety precautions were taken admist covid-19.” Would surely visit again and Would Recommend to the Everyone!!!

It is somewhat budget hotel, rooms are OK, including quality of Towel. Watching TV is terrible experience, room service is poor, in breakfast very limited option. Food taste is quite satisfactory, staff is generally cooperative.

I booked this hotel via clear trip after seeing the pictures on website, the hotel charges are around 4000 per night, after seeing the rate and pics I expected hotel to be a decent place to stay. The hotel lacks the basic things, they have untrained staff, bad room service, even the reception areas are dirty, bad room service. I had booking for two days but seeing the condition of hotel, thought of staying only for a night and take another accommodation but they denied to refund any amount so was forced to stay there for two nights. Basics like warm water, clean bedsheets, worst buffet breakfast ( almost nothing in breakfast)etc are missing. Highly mismanaged, unhygienic place for the amount they are charging. NOT at all recommend, avoid staying there.

The front desk manager not flexible. Very arrogant. Bitter experience. I would never recommend any guest to choose this hotel. Even the room was not well prepared i checked out within 6 hours paying for two days
