Luxury rooms are spacious. Excellent room service. Food prices are relatively cheaper. Entire staff are courteous. Stay extended for a few hours at a reasonable price. Good stay at a decent price. Value for money.

i would rate the hotel just average as i found the service worst. Basic things like complimentary package water,floor towels tea bags are not kept in room .which has to called and asked for. i would suggest please try for other hotels nearby .

As soon as I enteted the room I was told the lock to the door was not working so every time I came back had to call the service staff to use the master key to unlock.. the air conditioning was perfect and very good..bathroom was very small..with a broken toilet paper stand..other basic stuff like TV, hot water kettle etc was provided and was good...breakfast was decent...overall it was okay..but I'm sure it could have been better

Haven't seen a hotel with such dirtily maintained common space which includes the Reception area. The small restaurant is more like a formality. Their buffet is not good with only 2 items everyday & terrible coffee/tea.
Their rooms are old & need a lot of repair work.. Have dampness on their walls which is awful for the guests staying there. Bathrooms are also old. Overall not worth even half the price they are charging due to being in a good part of city.

I looked at many hotels, guest houses but nothing seemed to be fitting my requirement. Then one fine day, I happen to get this hotel’s address and contact number from Just Dial. The person-in-charge, Mr.Manoj, himself called me and inquired about the detailed requirement. My requirement was precisely tailored for every single day of the stay. The stay was to last for 5 days and around 75 people were to be served food at least 3 times a day. And of course as it was a marriage in process, I needed a separate hall, verandah for different functions of my daughter’s marriage. After a series of phone calls, we finalized the hotel with all the details like number of rooms, menu for each meal, prices for any extra amenities that we wanted. I must point out that hotel staff should be extremely friendly, co-operative and prompt.
And then the D-day came, I along with my family reached Pune for the most important day of our lives. I was very pleased to know that Mr.Manoj had appointed people in a way that I had one point of contact for each area of service, like I had one point of contact for kitchen, one for rooms etc. The food was excellent, completely meeting our expectations. We had a variety of north Indian items to be made in a Maharashtrian kitchen and frankly we were overwhelmed with the food. Smallest of the expectations from the hotel staff like a dholak for sangeet were promptly arranged with a smile.
I am very happy that I chose Samruddha Jeevan Orchard hotel for an event of lifetime. I personally recommend this hotel for best of the services, neat and clean rooms, well-furnished bathrooms, excellent quality of food & out standing hospitality. I will say the ambience was very nice. The property is vast and has good architecture. Fells very close to nature as they use nature like aromas and alleyway are decorated with little gardens. Room was pretty good too with the basic vanity and provision. We had difficulty in getting hot water as the geyser had some flaw.But the hotel staff was quick to restore it.

Booked this through OYO rooms. Its a nice better than average hotel located right in the center of the city. JM & FC road are at walking distances. Easy to locate. Staff was very good and helpful. Service was quick & good. Rooms were nice & clean and were of decent size. Had a card locking system for the doors which was quite good for hotels of this budget. WI-FI was pretty good. Washroom was clean and had bathtub facility which was amazing for this budget. Didn't got chance to taste food there. Overall had a great stay.

The hotel is an average hotel as compared to its price. The curtains are old, there was no king/ queen size bed. The entry/exit has a dumpyard with foul smell, which you could see from the room. The breakfast ambience is very poor, with no much choices, and they really take time.

This is one hotel which tries to be bigger that it actually is. While it prides itself as a three star it certainly falls short . This is not to say that this is a bad hotel, It isn't. This is still a very good budget hotel , clean and simple. But there are many small things which if attended can make it an outstanding hotel at its price point. I Checked in on 5th Dec 15 and checked out the next day . Booked through Oyo for a 35% Discount . First things First. The Rooms were centrally air conditioned, clean though a bit small. Clean linen and pleasant decorations in the room welcome every guest. The Rooms have a card access lock, which was surprising for a hotel of its size. The Bathrooms were clean and neat . The bathroom had a bathtub ( Plastic) with a shower curtain . The hand shower was working while the Overhead shower was not. The towels were clean and the beds were comfortable. The Room also had mini Fridge which was empty . Service was slow. The hotel provided Free Wifi with a 4 Mbps speed and the room also had a television. The Hotel has a restaurant where breakfast is served. There were just three items on the Menu. Poha( beaten Rice ) Idlis and Bread toast with eggs. Looking at the hotel size, this was not surprising. The crockery was a different story altogether, most of them , while clean , were chipped and appeared old Where the hotel can improve is by providing Quick service and replacing the crockery . The menu on the breakfast could do with a few more items , like a choice of fruits . The Hotel itself is on a good location on Apte Road parallel to J.M road . There are a lot of dinner options nearby including Barbecue Nation and a few Chinese joints on J.M.Road. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and i would definitely use the hotel again.

Very good place for stay in Pune visited this place for the third time in last 2 years. Although not very big property but good for short stay. Very co-operative and helpful staff. Flexible in tariff and quick in service. Rooms are well maintained clean and tidy. One thing that can be improved is the breakfast menu, they should have more varieties to offer. Overall a good location in Deccan area. Would recommend this hotel for short visit family or business visit.
