This is nowhere close to a Taj property. Absolutely unworthy of the price you pay. You could go to any other three star hotel instead of staying here. When you enter the room, it does not feel like you have entered the room of a five star hotel, I have stayed at better four star hotels I'd say!

The room was quite comfortable and clean. The washroom were maintained hygienically and all toiletries were in place. The hospitality in dinning area was exceptionally well. The food served was fresh. The breakfast buffet had variety. Keep up the traditions of Quality in services!!

Chetan, from mystic masala provided excellent service. He was attentive to our needs and made great recommendations for food and drinks. He even remembered our names and checked in on us throughout the meal.

Very good service and bar is good. Gym is also good. The swimming pool is the best I liked and there is table near rhe pool P1 is my favorite, u can have breakfast n then go for swimming..spa was very difficult to get appointment, so I didn't use the facilities. Only thing is they didn't allow my mode of transportation on my horse Raja. Security asked to tie him outside the hotel even though he wasn't causing any disturbance to nearby cars..Staffs all good in restaurants, bar n front office securities etc

Mr. Mateen was excellent in serving our group , hospitality and over all support. Food Quality was excellent. CHINESE AND INDIAN BOTH are good. Room up keepness and cleanliness was good. Training room was excellent and power back was available.

Ask a client for a feedback you will have something negative to say. Its indeed tough to make people happy; what makes things easy is the effort and overall all culture. this makes Taj exceptional as you have created that in your DNA. "exceptionally service oriented". I would like to mention the front desk, SPA and the dinning area were extremely hospitable; delivered what was expected; one name i can recall Mateer Bagwan, (hope i have got his name right) with his smile would ask if everything is perfect or the housekeeping. Personalized service touch, food quality, room service and emergency response service were all great. Check in was very prompt, and efficient. Welcome was good with an Indian style. Readiness with the details was great. You can rely upon them in case of emergency. We had a medical emergency and the hotel was very sensitive and prompt and extremely helpful.

I stayed here with a colleague on a recent work trip. The hotel is an older building, but it is maintained very well - making for a comfortable stay. My colleague had an issue with the A/C in her room, and it was dealt with swiftly. I had a couple of minor issues connecting to the internet, and the staff were quick to assist me and ensure the issue was resolved. The most enduring memory I have of the hotel though is Sunil, a member of the service team, who came to my room several times to ensure I had everything I needed (outlet adapter, extra pillows, toiletries, etc.). He was incredibly kind and pleasant throughout my stay - and helped to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated his efforts.
