Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
If you want a phenomenal experience in Pune, don't go anywhere else. Just book A.R. Suites Jewels Royale. Mr. Anwar who helped us with the booking was really polite and accommodating. We were a little apprehensive as this is a new property. But we checked the great reviews of their other property in Pune and booked this one.
We were in for a great surprise. The hospitality shown by Mr. Abhishek blew our minds. He was incredibly polite, responded to all our requests immediately and provided services beyond our expectations. We are pure vegetarian jains and Mr. Abhishek made sure we didn't have any problems with food. The chef was also really generous and the food was really fabulous.
We are from the hospitality industry too and we know what kind of efforts are required to provide this level of hospitality.
The rooms are brand new and extremely clean. It was my son's birthday and we had booked 4 suites for 4 nights each. Each one had a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The interiors are very well designed and are classy. Wifi is good. The housekeeping staff at the property is very polite too.
The location is very good, everything is more or less 10-15 minutes away. There is parking inside the compound. There is a Gym and a Swimming Pool too, but they are inoperational due to Covid.
I would surely visit again and recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Well located, clean, spacious and delivers what is needed for a quick stay for work or any other short visit. I stayed in a 1BHK which gave a much needed change for just staying in a bedroom with a desk. The hall cum kitchen is spacious and well kept with all major amenities pre-placed needing minimum call to the housekeeping. Chekcing was smooth and quick. The in house kitchen and restaurant serve taste rich food priced aptly. It might not give a gourmet feeling but was perfect food after a long day of work. Makes me want to prefer residences and studios over the glitter of hotels when travelling solo for work and quick short stays.

The location is good , slightly off the main road so no traffic noise Our rooms were upgraded to suits by the hotel which was a nice gesture by them. Our room had a small kichen and balcony as well. Nice Airy rooms. The room key is a bit problematic. Dont know why but 3 times it became non functional . Please rectify this. Breakfast had limited choice but sufficient. Another complaint is about the slaty preparations of almost all the dish. Atleast 10 to 15 % salt etc what is needed Please take care of this . Rest fine… Reception boys and girls were helpful and Mr Vipul in particular… Recommended …

Front desk staff are cold except for one guy who was working here for a long time (dont know his name). No warmth from the staff except some of the housekeeping. Rooms not soundproof but the good thing inside the room is the size enough for one person with few luggages and some kitchen appliances like microwave, toaster and some pot to make a simple soup dish and a couple of plates. Also plus is washing machine and dryer in the common area. They did not allow my visitor to come to my room who came from far away! The staff before are far better than the staff now! Would have extended my stay more but no thanks! Also the shower is not convenient better they should use a shower hose.

I checked in today ( 2nd dec’23) for 7 days…I will start with the positive part first.. the staff were good .. very helpful n polite. Gave us early check in also. However i have issue with the room. The room is very small.. not for couple. Its good if it for single person occupancy. For couple its congested. There is not enough room to walk freely and not even have proper table chair where we can eat food in the room. I booked online and its premium studio.. Its more of a basic studio with small bathroom. Just having balcony doesnt make it premium. We asked for the upgrade and were ready to pay extra charge but hotel staff its booked where aa online its showing available. The 3 star is just for staff otherwise for the hotel room i will not give any star.

I selected this hotel due to its location near Koregoan Park, and because it offers suites which are like apartments. Overall, this hotel is a good value. It is not a big brand name, but I preferred more space for a stay which was one week long. The suite is nice, with a small living room, kitchen, and a separate bedroom and washroom. I would stay here again. Breakfast in the cafe is also good, with a full Indian buffet and western options like omelette and sausage available by order. Some improvement can be made to washroom cleanliness. There is black mold visible, which would not meet top level hotel standards. Also, the fitness room's equipment is not very good, but adequate. The swimming pool looks nice, though I didn't use it. The front desk staff is attentive and helpful.

I stayed at AR Suites for 3 nights and was quite impressed with its location and facilities. it's located at the Heart of Pune. They offer breakfast with these service apartments including other facilities like it's large indoor swimming pool and spacious gym. The cute little boutique service apartments are quite art deco and come with a balcony view facing the garden including a kitchenette with all the amenities. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone going to Pune

Very nice place with beautiful ambiance, great staff and service. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 2-3 people per room. You can have a wonderful time here with family and friends. Food is also really good. A ten on ten place to chill and have a weekend getaway with friends at very affordable prices.

This is worst hotel with staff welcoming you with no smile and cold faces. The look at you in a way that why did you even come(Prachi on the Front Desk). They took a booking for 2 adults and 1 kid for their smallest room i think, which was very difficult for us to manage in.
The restaurant looks unhygienic with untrained staff. Don’t know what is hype is about on the internet for their ratings. It seems fake to me now.

I had great experience at Ar Suites Jewel's Royale, it was really amazing 😍 Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff especially Most friendly helpful receptionist Mr. Sudha was friendly yet professional, eager to help no matter what is the ask, he always wears a smile. So first impression of hotel was very nice. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
