The Orchid Pune is a good hotel and due to its strategic location always runs full. Staff is courteous but some areas need improvement. Rooms are good with a clean bed and bath. The food at Boulevard is very good and staff is very courteous especially Vijay Jagtap, the Captain who is extremely effecient and understands what a guest wants. over all the 3 days that we stayed there. The front office manager Chetan is helpful too. I hope the hotel management get more people like them in all departments. Sadly we indians lack to use facilities responsibly. So u hv guests jumping in the pool without proper swim wear. Hotel needs to ensure these rowdy guests are kept under check. Overall its a very nice hotel but should tighten these loose ends to become even better.

These two boys of your hotel are excellent housekeepers. They know their work, best and clean. They are sincere and also very polite to the guest. Always smiling faces and support without any hesitation the name of these boys are Nivrutti and Suraj.

I had a great experience here at The Orchid Hotel, Pune. The staffs are great as well, especially Rahul, Roshan, & Saheb Rao. They treated me so well. Breakfast has a lot of options. Room dining is great as well. They have a lot of Indian & Brirtish cuisines options.

Everything was very nice. Great house keeping service. Mr. Rahul, Mr. Roshan, Mr. Saheb rao and the other staff too were very humble and very helpful. The food they have here is very delicious. So overall it was an amazing experience.
