It is closed and there is no information and many rides in Universal studio are closed and it was disappointing and there nothing was shared online that such rides are closed. Surely we would have opted for Thailand if we had known rides are closed

We had a family gettogether on 4-5 Jun 2022. Based on kids' preference, we chose this water resort to spend two days together. Three rooms were booked for 2 days to enjoy leisure talks by the post-evening. As we arrived, we had a breakfast in the restaurant inside the resort campus. The order of 8-10 south-Indian items took about 1 hour to serve and another 30 mins were spent to serve the tea. We didn't mind at that time, since we were meeting after a long duration and lots of talk was going on. Rooms were really big and clean. Furniture and upholstery was also good. Plus, two rooms were interconnected, so kids had fun. We checked in and straight away went into the water park for the rides. The day spent well. By the evening, we went to same restaurant to have some tea, which again took 50 mins to serve. After this, we decided to dine outside the resort. Luckily, there are many options available in the 0.5 mile radius. When we returned to the room and the first batch went to the bathrooms had horrible experience. All the taps (incl. basin and toilet flush) were delivering super-hot water. Plus, the bathroom and toilet didn't have window or any means to ventilate air. We contacted front desk, who was manned by a single person in his early twenties and he was totally clueless about the solution. It took him more than an hour to arrange a plumber to turn on cold/normal water tap. There was no other housekeeping person or any other staff seen during our stay over the night. Luckily, there were no more surprises as we slept early.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE: READ TILL END This is a nice place. Very well located, very well spaced. Decent size rooms. BUT the rooms are not maintained well. The housekeeping is bad. I had to change my room thrice. Hey don't think that the 3rd room was perfect but then I didn't go there to change room. I had to accept it as it was better than the others. I fail to understand why would not they maintain such a nice property? The bathrooms were bad as well. There were cockroaches moving around as if they had paid for the room or probably they were guests on the house. I asked them why is there no cleaning and pest control done and I was told that they have had no time as they had many back to back bookings. What!!!!!! Does this mean that we have to stay with cockroaches? The paint was off, there was clear view of spoil ceilings. There was a function but I feel the hotel rooms were not occupied 100%. I was shown 3 rooms and another college who was with me was also shown 3 rooms. So they were not so heavily booked. Now I was booked with breakfast. I was expecting buffet but it wasn’t so. I was told restaurant opens at 8am for breakfast. I was shocked at the timings. When I reached at 8am they were yet cleaning the tables and the restaurant. I asked if they were ready to serve and one person cleaning says that we've not yet opened. I told him that I was told the opening time is 8am. He said no it's 8:30am. Another surprise here. Now another person comes and the hotel boy called someone and he said tell me what I need and he can serve me. This was immediately after the cleaner's reply. I asked if there was buffet and he said only as per order. I said I'm room guest so give me the menu. The menu for the restaurant was different and for hotel guests it was different which was informed to me verbally. No menu card was given. I gave my order and it took a while for the food to come. Finally I was done with my breakfast and then I checked out. I informed the front desk manager about the breakfast and he said it must be for today. How can one think of poor service?

Perfect for a weekend getaway or even a one day trip destination. Its a water park and a multi cuisine restaurant. For most water resorts main focus is the park/ amusement aspect which results in low hospitality standards. Sentosa is an exception. The water park has various slides. They also have a pool for kids whose depth is correctfor kids. They have a wave pool, a rain dance and a fully functional artificial waterfall. Their restaurant serves really delicious food. I was here with a group of friends so we ordered the murg musallam. Let me tell you I had never seen a dish so huge. The portion is humongous and it comes with rice and an egg. So that itself was enough for us. And the taste is out of this world. Its really good. Besides that we had their chicken kebab platter and biryani, which were equally good. Overall a really good experience i wd surely recommend.👍

In budget a good weekend getaway for Mumbai and Pune folks. This is located right at the start of the Mumbai Pune Expressway when you come from Pune. They have a very good and huge property. Sentosa Fast food, Sentosa Multi Cuisine restaurant, Sentosa Water park followed with villas and deluxe rooms. So we had taken a villa in that we had a private pool as well and access to water park from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. Talking about food yaa as said water parks dont have good food but they had their own multi cuisine restaurant we had ordered chinese which was very good and breakfast was good as well with many options. Must try and must visit this place highly recommended.

Unclean, Not Maintained property. It's not a resort but a hotel. Breakfast was served in a hall in unprofessional manner. No tables were provided while having breakfast, old worn out plastic chairs were provided. You don't want to have this experience after spending 5000 + rupees for a night. Avoid !

This place is a full package of tasty food, fun and exciting experience. This water resort is affordable. It's open from 11 to 6pm. They have amazing water rides, rain dance, wave pool and of course a swimming pool. It made me feel like a small kid. If in case you don't have a swim suit you can also rent it from here. They also provide lockers. It was a great experience. Mocktails : We had Blue lagoon And Pink PussyCat both of the drinks were really refreshing. I had 3 to 4 blue lagoon because it was amazing. I loved it. Starters : We had Veg Spring Rolls, Paneer Irani Tikka, Non Veg Platter and Tangdi Kullfi Kebab. Non veg Platter had 4 types of different dishes. All of them were amazing. Tangdi kullfi kebab is a perfect dish who loves chicken and loves kullfi. I'm not a big fan of vegetarian food. But the veg spring roll blew my mind. Main course : We here full after having all the starters but we still managed to eat our main course. We had Dal Fry, Murgh mussallam, Paneer Lawabdaar, Dum Subz Handi and chicken Biryani. Everything was delicious. Dessert : For desserts we had Kulfi, Gulab Jamun and Phirni. I've never had phirni before. But it was fantastic. My whole experience with Sentosa was amazing. From the water resort to the food and ambience. Highly recommend.

The water resort is affordable and as all the possible this like water rides, swimming pool, wave, waterfall and rain dance.. Its open from 11 to 6pm such an experience it has been.. Coming to the food blue lagoon was my favourite welcome drink.. Spring rolls and tandoori platter was my favourite for the starters.. Spring rolls were crispy and the filling was really delicious.. Then the tandoori platter was all you would ever crave for.. In main course Murg masallam was really nice... It was spicy and full of flavours.. Then yellow cravy paneer and paneer masala. For dessert we had kheer and gulab Jamun.
