I had visited recently with my Family and in-laws it was really a very terrible experience, first of all the rooms were not clean, there was an anthill right in front of the door, commute from one room to another is not easy if you book multiple bungalow cottages for your group, we checked in at 5 PM had booked a stay package for group of 12, it was a total package booking (Hi-Tea, Dinner, breakfast and Lunch) we went for a hi-tea, they were serving Bhel and Onion Pakoda for hi-Tea that too we have to choose either of the dish, and one person will get only dish (that is the definition of hi-tea for them) Bhel they were serving was worst that you will get ever (only sev and Murmura literally), when i asked for Milk for my son they said they do not have milk since lot of people visited them that day, they said milk is over, The Guy who was serving tea served it in a used cup, and when we pointed it out in rush he poured the tea in the whole cattle, each and every activity and hotel is so distant from each other, that you have to use your car continously to visit these points, there was no washroom in hotel (Murli Pure veg), they said it is under maintenance you will have to go back to your room (which is again 1 KM from hotel), all other activities are paid they do not include them in package, overall the experience was so bad we decided to return home on the same day within 2 hours, not recommended for anyone.

Visited recently for a personal outing. Now here is an honest review: 1. Road leading to Mantra passes through some villages. It was required recently as some work is going on main road. But this information is shared only after you have confirmed your booking. This is as good as Cheating. 2. Swimming pool and rides are for namesake only, no real good use. Water was very dirty. 3. We had taken all inclusive package including BF,Lunch,Dinner and everywhere we went, we were asked for proving it that we have taken package. It was not only annoying but embarrassing. They should have way to distribute coupons right at check-in rather than ask before every meal. This was POOR service Mantra. Very Poor. 4. Room service is almost negligible. Electric kettle was dirty, asked for another one, it came after 1 hr and voila, this one was dirty as well. Rooms are not being kept clean. Room allocation is done by some drunkard, who doesn't know which key is for which room despite they being numbered. Room keys needs to be handed over to guests right at reception. We were not even sure if rooms were cleaned or not. Saving grace was clean towels which were done into some shape, which let us know, even if not cleaned, it was tones up a little. 5. Washrooms are unkempt & simply in bad shape. Don't be surprised to find bugs, cockroaches, frogs. 6. Remotes do not work. No no , nobody wants to watch TV in a resort, but it is again an option, so it should be working. 7. Gaming zone is all paid one. Wait there are free games like Snake & Ladder, Ludo, Carrom... they are bulls**** guests with these games & everything else is charged, from 40-100/- 8. Very less parking space and no one helps you out with it. 9. Nature walk / Yoga, nothing is being done now, you are on your own for these. 10. Ala carte food service is way too horrible. We ordered some snacks & drinks and it took ages to come. I had to in fact bring my own booze from counter. They have very limited choices & prices are very high. So it is a complete NO NO. The loungs area is never lit & reeks of very bad smell. Avoid. 11. Lady who manages bills outside 'Sanjha - Chullah' carries obnoxious attitude. Hated her attitude like anything. This was for 29th May 2022. 12. Movie time and all other things that are being advertised are not there. It is literally a flop show in name of Resort. 13. Burning waste in name of bonfire ...thats STUPID. Wondering why 2 starts despite all bad review.. Food. If you are eating out of Sanjha Chullah restro, you will like Lunch as well as dinner if you like little spicy food. For bland food Murali restro is there. There is Mutha river ahead of Mantra, which is approachable via foot from road (appx 400 mts) and is a good spot for taking pictures. So, in all it is lot of false promises worth nothing. So if you can AVOID going there, do AVOID. It is not a place worth your money. Mantra, get your acts right or you would soon be just a name in history. Gusts pay money which is why you thrive and if you don't treat customers with care and respect, you are DOOMED for sure.

The resort is completely rusted in teams of ambiance , not maintained 1. Water slide do not work and get stuck in between people come walking down. 2. Rooms are not up to the mark - TV not working - AC not working - Remote do not have battery's. 3. The activates listed are not covered completely no assistance no proper staff to manage crowd. 4. Game zone - All the free games are either broken or not working - Just paid game are in good condition. Paid games are too costly and extra burden on guest 5. Even if we complaint to management no response. 6. Internal commute is too difficult and no arrangements for guest.

We booked for 2 nights for 2 families but checked out in 1 night due to horrible service, food and cleanliness. No refund was made instead we were told everythijg is so good and we should appreciate hard work of their staff. Resort is not maintained properly and reception staff is too arrogant to accept anything. Sanjha chulha food is pathetic and cleanliness is horrible. No snacks items like biscuits, chips etc available if you want to buy. In gaming zone you have to pay for individual game, water slides are in pathetic condition and top it all electricity failures multiple times in a day is making it all worse experience

Pathetic place. Not maintained at all. Food quality is bad and they provide no room service. Pool is small and water activities means just few slides. In Game zome most games are charged individually. Only one person runs around to manage the game zone. Since they had more customers they just added too much water into food and served. Worst experience ever. Nothing is maintained...rusted bars..slides..

If tou want to enjoy seanary then I suggest this resort but if you want good service then I service then I suggest any other resorts . This is a very terrible ressort The management the food manager and many things were terrible. They said 15 minutes for the Hi-tea and they took more than 80 minutes and this is very disappointing the food manager started arguing at the very end point and ruined our mood and said I will cancel your order the veg/non-veg was very bad but the pure veg was good . We were 40 people and we all were disappointing by the service worst service......
