Our Diwali stay at cocoon hotel was good. My office colleagues had stayed here earlier and I knew how the hotel was, so I booked it fr 5 nights.. initially we had few hiccups however all issues were resolved by Mr.Atul, he made sure our stay was comfortable and whenever we needed anything he made sure we get it asap, he is very polite and helpful. The room service was good and Mrs. Jani was very kind and helpful she made sure our rooms were cleaned each day and if we needed extra towels, pillows etc, she would help us out, even when we locked ourselves outside she used to rescue us 😂. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared by Chef Rakesh, every morning he used greet my family and made us feel right at home.. Mr Suraj made sure that our morning dining experience was very comfortable, I had told him one day that I liked the gun power chutney that they served and he packed the same for me during my checkout. All these little things made our stay comfortable. Atul was the main man and go to guy fr any problems or requests, so as a token of gratitude from our side, my daughter gave him a small Diwali gift, have uploaded this pic in the review. Atul - you are kind, polite and highly professional, hope to meet you again for our next visit. Thanks man for everything

we stayed for more than a month. The property is at very good location, rooms are very well equipped with daily needs and specious at price it offers. Food is also good and you can find many options at walking distance as well. Staff is also well trained and provide good support.

I highly recommend Hotel Cocoon to all travelers. They are well priced and the quality of the facilities and service is excellent.
First, the interior decoration of the hotel is tasteful - calm colors, beautiful floors, a peaceful ambiance. No gaudiness in the ambiance which I appreciated very much as my stay was for 10 days.
The staff at the front desk were excellent - friendly, attentive and helpful. Upon arrival they let me have a look at the rooms and helped me select a good one for my long visit - it had good light, top floor and a beautiful view off the hills surrounding Pune. Although the north side of the building gets more noise from the adjacent street, it wasn’t an issue at night. With the heavy curtains drawn, I slept very well all 10 nights.
The housekeeping crew was very diligent about their work and constantly offered to do more than was needed. Cleaning and laundry service was very good. The kitchen was very accommodating of my food restrictions and prepared my lunch according to my specifications everyday. The servers at breakfast were also very attentive.
I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Pune.

Professional hospitality staff, easy check-in, billing and checkout.
Excellent and customized food. The kitchen staff has been very receptive to health or personal taste preferences.
Extremely professional housekeeping. The standard has been consistently high with good attention to detail by the cleaning staff - especially Bhagwat who handled my room.
The staff at the reception- especially Darshan was helpful and accomodating with last minute extension of stay as my plans had changed.
Overall it's been a great experience and I definitely recommend Cocoon for longer stays since the staff ensure your comfort.

My parents and I stayed at the Cocoon Hotel for four days. We were struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff at the reception, house keeping and the restaurant. We had to change our dates at the last minute a couple of times but Nitish and Rani were most helpful in making it work. Divya in the restaurant was delightful and so helpful in making out dinner special. Those working in the kitchen and serving were very responsive. Narayan and all the housekeeping staff we interacted with were most willing to help. Rushali made it possible for us to try other restaurants connected with Cocoon which was great given we were new to the city. Thank you!

At the moment we entered the hotel I was impressed with the fancy look of reception and lobby areas. Then we saw very cute bar with tv showing sports and a beautiful restaurant, where breakfast buffet is also served. Liked the design of our “silk suite room”, especially blackout curtains of entire wall height, they’re hanging directly from the ceiling without any gap in between, so it stays really dark early morning. Bed is huge and a mattress is just perfect. I wish I had same one at my place. Room has balcony, enjoyed panoramic view of Pune. Staff is very nice. During stay each and every one of them were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to book breakfast for a full stay, liked the food quality and variety of dishes. There’s also live counter with dosa and omelette, fruits and fresh juice are always served. Room was cleaned every day, hotel has 24 hours room service, had the best lassi from there late night, kebabs were sometimes very good, sometimes awful..strange. Would definitely come back again, liked the hotel and its location: enjoyed walks in exotic garden and a plant nursery nearby.

It's a beautifully done up place with clean, warmly lit interiors, very prompt staff who remember names and make polite conversation with usual guests like us. The food is balanced in terms of spices and oil..just what you would want to eat as healthy food. I also like the location, convience of valet, good spots for selfies too. The tables are also well placed, not over crowded.

Everything is a bit older and less fancy than as it looks on pictures. Rooms are very comfortable but some details woud deserve fixes and renovations. My room in the 2nd floor has a window to pretty noisy street and the glass is not really insulating. The aircondition is also quite noisy. Doors in the shower doesn't fit tightly and the watter soaks to outside. The gym is a very small room and wights in machines are not enough and definitelly no according to what it says. Even the maximum is not enough and what it says is 50kg is actually max. 15. Still I was able to do my daily workout. I'm giving 5 stars because of perfect services. House keeping is perfect and the restaurant is excellent. Food was awesome and you can order basically anything. When we wanted to do a long trip and start very early morning we asked for food packages and they prepared them for us super early morning. Very nice and kind people all around trying to make your stay perfect. This was more important for me than few details that could be better and therefore I want to appreciate it with 5 stars.
