One of the best experience, great food, great property and beautiful ambience. We were a group appx. 20 people, when first came to club it seemed small, we talked with Mr. Gaurav regarding the same then Ms. Deepshikha assisted us so beautiful that everything went swiftly. Staying part of business trip, since October & checking out on 6th December 2022. Great welcome while checking in by front desk staff followed by Khyati Baria, Saheba & next day by Gaurav Tokas. Very clean well maintained rooms & facilities. Friendly staff, never had to repeat a request, always went over and above. Great customer experience. Breakfast was very delicious & wide variety to choose from, specially helped me since was on long stay. Few names to highlight, Niladri,Puii,Mosin,Ashish,Akash, Shivani…they remembers my selection of food & drinks…and many more lovely staff. Enjoyed the dinner buffet selections and the bar experience. Finally the front desk staff at residency Aloyshia, Anamika,Akash, Rishab. Overall satisfied & happy while on long stay. Well done keep it!!…

Check in for 1 night around 7pm And in 1 night stay I have to make 10 call’s for sleeper, towel, bathroom leakage. And in morning after swimming i went for breakfast in my bathrobe which was quite decent, a receptionist came and said it is impropriate attire for the breakfast and asked me to go and chance when I already started my breakfast. I mean seriously I am fully covered and wrapped myself fully comfortably then what’s the matter. It was my first stay and that’s what I was not expecting from such a great brand called Hyatt. Paying almost 15k for the room not worthy and that’s what as a guest we have to listen 👂 😔 And it’s take half an hour for any amenities that we asked .

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mohsin at Zeta and Joy at Club Lounge for making our stay notable. Mohnsin served with all his heart during the breakfast. Not recollecting the name of Sardaar Chef at South Indian Counter, who minutely took note of our eating preferences. Joy at Club Lounge is extremely pleasing and courteous. What we didn't like was - the minimalistic buffet spread at Lounge had all the 4 (2+2) appetisers and unfortunately cold probably the chaffing dishes were inoperative. We had to request couple of people there to serve us with hot food. Food was a big disappointment. Staff there is bit perplexed as to what all services a guest can avail at the lounge. Initially, our Ala Carte order was taken and later after waiting for one and a hour it was told they cannot serve the food here. Front Desk team was quite generous to accomodate our requests. …
