Room ambience is nice, hot water facility, AC is nice. Cleanliness was good. Room service was prompt.. As we had 8 nights stay they provided us drying stand also to dry cloths in balcony. Coming to wifi part, internet is tooooooo weak. Many times it was not getting connected, and if connected then was getting disconnected automatically in few minutes. Speed was very much low, even u cannot browse google. issue was happening in all devices like mobile, laptop and even their Smart TV in room was not getting connected to wifi. We had to use mobile hotspot for office work during whole stay. Coming to breakfast, they serve buffet breakfast at their rooftop restaurant. even if you go at 8:30 AM, you'll get ice cold breakfast from buffet.

One of the best hotel in kharadi area and staff is very helpful. Room size is big with balcony,food quality was good .cleaning service staff was very helpful.morning breakfast awsome.when I came in pune I choose isuite hotel only .

Company booked the room for me for official visit so I didn't do any research. When I arrived, I found the room 204 dirty with hairs on the floor, bed, and on the toilet seat - see the pictures. Access road is under construction and the location is too far from the Karadi IT hub so difficult to get cab. Horrible experience! Don't stay if you have a choice - you have been warned!!

Do not stay at this hotel. Rooms,sofas,bed sheets,towels are highly dirty. No water supply. Food is not edible. No dinner services. You have to manage the food at your own. No management at all. Inspire of calls reception person doesn’t respond.

The location is quite off from the city, 11kms from Pune railway station which made difficult for us to find transportation for the location as the cab or rick guys are not ready to go there. Coming back to hotel and it’s location, as it’s too far from the city so it’s even far from the main road which is almost 2.5kms due to which you have to walk down for commutation. No local shops, medical facilities available nearby upto 2.5kms. Hotel staff were okay, not that great with their services. Room and the decor was great.

i stayed here two nights, and was a good experience. The hotel is a new addition to pune hotels segments and ideally located near to the IT hub of the city and Airport. The rooms are amply sized, well designed and bedding were excellent. The laundry service deserves five star rating. The staff, including the security professionals were good, polite and helpful by all means. They serves breakfast and other meals in rooms as their restaurant is not fully functional. The only disadvantage is the approach road as some constructions are going on, but cars can come in.
Highly Recommended. Valued for the money paid.

Awesome ambiance, with very polite staff. The staff were always ready to help me when i had to book a taxi to travel and as I didnt knew marathi, they would always assist me to give directions to the driver for my pickup. Very neat and tidy hotel. Definitely going to stay here when i come back..
