Ritz Carlton Pune was one of the Best Properties we have stayed at starting from the ease of Reservation, Guest Relations Support, Room upgrade and Other minor requests. Breakfast options post 1030 AM would have been icing on the cake. The feeling was luxurious from the time we entered the room, every time we ordered something or we requested something either from the front desk or the housekeeping, the promptness in service and the address of our queries we felt amazed by their hospitality and the grandness of everything that was provided to us along with the comfort and details using which they took care of us while serving us. After 2 days perhaps the in room dining menu became boring for us but otherwise the food quantity and taste was fantastic, no complaints about it we had a slight hiccup for our visitors parking due to an event that they were hosting otherwise no complaints regarding services or the property. The location of the hotel specially the rooms overlooking the Golf Course was mesmerizing as well as the fact that it was easily accessible from all the major attractions in the city made it easier to commute even though Pune traffic exhisted almost throughout the day. We certainly recommend this property for couples who want to have quality and luxurious time together.…

During our two day stay we had the true pleasure of being cared for by Myna Pandya. Myna was incredibly professional, thoughtful and a joy to be around. Her care and service were impeccable plus she was fun to talk with. Myna represented Ritz Carlton in the best light and was a huge reason for our satisfactory stay.

The team are amazing and a big shout out to Taha and Chinmay who always welcome me and my colleagues. Hotel is amazing, but it is the staff that make it feel welcoming. Spacious well serviced rooms, with great amenities. Food is absolutely fantastic, The quality and attention to detail sets it apart.

I visited theor restaurant - 3 Kitchens - on my wedding anniversary. Absolutely worth the spend! Very impressive staff & excellent service. Great bunch guys taking every step to make your visit a memorable one. There approach is so very personal a d they remember everything you say and take care of all your needs. One of the best hotels in Pune in terms of hospitality and luxury. I got the opportunity to dine at one of their rooftop restaurants Aasmana which has some of the best Indian dishes you can have. It's a definite go to if you want to indulge in premium Indian cuisine.
