The Lemon Tree Viman Nagar has an excellent ambience even it's small hotel. Very good food, Service is very good, polite and helpful. Overall a very memorable experience for my birthday. Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was warm hospitality and felt great during the stay. In particular I want to call out some people - Tejas from the front desk and Gangapa from restaurant. Tejas was so helpful kept me a packed breakfast ready early in the morning without even asking when I requested for wake up call. Thanks again Will visit soon.

Good Stay near Airport only 10 mins away, Nice hotel good restaurant. staff is also good of Reception and restaurant. Nice place 😊 👌 Even got 50% off on Lunch buffet. Must Visit. Just a little slow service rest good. Also provide some discounts of dinner buffet. See u soon👍

The service provided by hotel were matched to the expectations. The rooms are clean and prestigious. Many important places in city are located nearby hotel which gives good tourist experience. Kshitij was very helpful he gave us excellent service and answered queries regarding tourist spots.

Stay was amazing, rooms were neat and clean. Mr Tejas & Mr. Karan at the reception were so helpful, they were proactive while resolving the issue. Checkin checkout was smooth and quick. Food quality is amazing. Will visit again.

Booked an overnight stay for my personal visit to the Pune city over the weekend. Arrived at the hotel around 8 pm, yet was made to wait 5 minutes for room key. Upon entering the room, first impression was great. Clean and fresh bed and amenities. I tried using the TV in the room but couldn't power the TV or the set top box. Immediately called the Front Desk. Tried twice with multiple rings, but both times, the call went unanswered. Ultimately, I had to walk all the way to the lobby to address the issue at Front Desk. An engineering attendant was sent quickly to my room. He found the issue which requires attention by the management, as this would occur for other Travelers as well. 1. Set top box wiring was loose in the socket behind the TV, and the TV bracket is not adjustable 2. The TV power button is placed behind the Mini Bar cabinet. Either with a chance of injury or electrocution. At night, upon heading for sleep, the remote could only place the Set top box in standby mode. The TV screen is brightly lit. And I found the AC unit to be too loud. Kept the thermostat at 18 degrees Celsius all night, but yet the cooling was limited in the room. Water pressure in the shower was good. Missed out on morning breakfast, which was included in my package. However, I did try room service food before midnight. Food was timely delivered and nice in taste. The food menu is accessible through a QR code by the study table. I tried ordering food again for my midnight hunger pangs. The QR code shows a special menu outer for late night ordering. However, the menu was inaccessible. Didn’t bother further contacting the IRD team. …
