We stayed in Radisson Blu for the second time after 5 years. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, staffed with professional and well mannered people.
The breakfast included in the bundle is best in class with wide variety of cusines and choice. There is also a live kitchen catering to your custom requirements if you so desire.
it was a delight to meet the Head Chef Mr Shaju and Ms. Susmita.
The rooms are very spacious, the matress and linens were clean. The king-size bed offered good restful sleep.

Stayed here for 15 days as part of relocation, had an amazing time. I stayed with my family, including my small baby, and special care was taken in preparing food for my baby. The housekeeping staff was really kind and courteous and they made sure the rooms were cleaned daily. The restaurant staff were all extremely nice to us and made us feel like family. We received such an amazing send off with a cake cutting ceremony arranged for my baby. The whole experience felt really warm and personal. Will definitely revisit, especially to eat the freshly made desserts, made by Chef Rajendra and to eat the kebabs made by Chef Zameer. I can rest assured that Chef Narendra and Dinesh will have something special made for my baby and Chef Saju will make yummy Parathas for us :)

This review I am writing while I am still staying in this hotel (Room No 522, date - 15th Nov24)
The reason for writing this review so hurriedly is because I am currently experiencing the worst ever stay in a 5* property in India (not even considering international stay). It's really surprising how a niche brand like Radisson Blu can givecsuch horrid experience in just 2-3 hours after check-in. Let me put in serialised manner.
1) I had booked a standard room with queen bed and one extra pax one week prior to check-in date. At the time of check-in, I have been given a twin bed room and the person at counter told me that all rooms are sold! Can you imagine such answer from a Radisson Blu after taking my money in advance?
2) The lifts in the hotel needs the key to be swipped every time. Shouldn't I be given 3 keys by default? Well, I wasn't given and so later on I had to go down to reception to get the additional keys.
3) I was not given any details about Wi-Fi. Actually it's still not available with me.
4) In the room there is no instruction set on how to use the intercom. Trying out default keys marked as reception, housekeeping, etc does not work. So again we had to go down to reception to understand the working of intercom.
5) The TV in room was not working. So we had to call housekeeping guy to do the setup in front of us.
6) For the extra bed pillows were not given. We had to call housekeeping again to ask for pillows.
7) Cherry on top was when housekeeping guy informed that "We give only pillow for extra bed." If this response surprises you then wait for next sentence - "We currently don't have additional pillows because all our rooms are booked so it's difficult for us".
The pathetic ever service seen by any 5* brand in hospitality sector.
Stay in this hotel at your own risk. And don't forget to bring your pillows, data connection, subscription for OTT platforms, etc.

I have stayed at Radisson kharadi several times prior to covid on business trips and was always impressed by the service. However post covid during my personal stay at the hotel, I realised there is something grossly wrong now with this property. The hotel is short staffed to the extent that rooms are not even cleaned until 4pm and you have to scream after that to get it done. This happened twice in a row that too for a business class booking. Delivery of 3 beers at room took more than 30mins. Laundry is not collected even after reminders, there is just 1 lady at the front office (with a trainee who needs assistance with everything) literally overwhelmed attending check-in check-out etc. At the sykebar you have 1 person only attending to all guests hence wait time is long. The only decent experience was at the restaurant during breakfast where I saw enough staff to attend to all guests.
Overall average experience with this property, all the rates have gone up post covid but service levels are abysmal. There is some serious introspection that this hotel needs to do to come up to standards. Also never go for business class, its a rip off with barely any extra space and terrible service anyways.
This place is good for business travel where in you would get good breakfast and come back to hotel post 7pm to have a clean room and comfortable sleep.
Not advisable for family stay especially with small kids.

The food was, frankly, awful. The flush in the room wouldn't stop until I had to juggle it. They kept putting plastic water bottles in the room (having given this feedback in the past). Most reputed hotels have switched to refillable glass bottles.

Services are good, they clean rooms and bathrooms perfectly, Shubham (room cleaning supervisor) will also ask for your feedback to improve further, one staff whose name is Amol can't speak and hear but he does his work well, I like this about Radisson that they give chance to everyone irrespective of their disability. Basic necessities were their in bathroom and arranged perfectly at the time of room service by Debashish (staff). Overall it was a nice experience.
