A perfect hotel with one of the best food court in the city. Food is nice with decent pricing. Service staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was also clean and hygienic. Ambience of the place was also nice. Overall all 04 out of 05 star to them.

What you need in a hotel; good ambiance, comfort and not much noise to disturb. Here every room is connected to adjacent room thru a wooden door. There is enough gap also, means you can hear the sound of TV, whisper of Couple, telephonic talk of persons staying in nearby room. So for a single room occupant, this is just discomfort specially at nights. How can you rate this hotel for location, food, services etc if you can not feel relaxed at room? Really all rooms at all floors are having this arrangement to facilitate family stay. Awkward planning. I was not happy with this arrangement.

Great Stay. Located on JM Road. Close to almost everything in pune. Rooms are good. Bathrooms are congested though. The breakfast needs better variety. Smooth check in check out. All in all a good place.

Worst ever experience, will never ever recommend anyone to visit this hotel, neither will I ever visit it again.
My friend vomited a bit in the room because he was not doing well and had a strong stomach ache. So we called the room service to send someone for cleaning, he was the one who used the hotel towels and linens for cleaning the vomit. While checkout they charged us for as they put it "destroying the linens", a total of 800rupees were asked of us by NITYANAND KUMAR, very rude. If your own employees are using the towels to clean the room why are we supposed to pay for it? We did pay it in the end. I would negatively recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit. Some action should be taken against the hotel staff and I would like full refund of 800.

This my 1 st visit to the deccan royaale hotel pune, and I would recommend this for Short and long stay. Each and every staff are very generous ready to help you each moment you raise any concern, right from front desh, food and beverage, room service, housekeeping every one putting their best effort to making our stay memorable. Giving me so much flexibility as Im staying at home. Really guys ur doing amazing job keeping guest service on top priority and providing friendly environment, special thanks to Mr samirun & mr chetan from service, keep it up.

Rooms are so dirty and washroom is so dirty. In rooms even cockroaches are moving. I had ask at reception to clear this or provide us some other room he clearly deny the same. Very bad experience of stay here. My personal suggestion is they should keep rooms clear as people travel and come and need some rest and such type of room make tired people more uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in prime location.... Very close to Gandharwa Garden..... The room amenities are good nice bathtub. We enjoyed lot in 2 day's stay, will never forget the taste of barbeque starters given by chef's... Awesome hospitality.

We have celebrated Diwalsan of our newly married Daughter in this hotel on the Terrace Garden. We are very happy with the staff & preparations & lovely taste of Every dish of Dinner. Hospitality extended by hotel staff especially Mr.Pankaj Yadav was awesome. He personally attended every aspect of our party,the decoration was eye catching,food was delicious & behaviour of entire staff was excellent under the supervision of Mr.Pankaj Yadav. Special thanks to him & entire staff. Everthing was Beyond our expectations. We are shortly going plan another function in this hotel. First of all I would like to thanks to entire team of Deccan Royaal Property also the mgt. Best hotel in JM road, with all facilities..... Lovely restaurant called Hakkuna looks pretty good in the evening time while having couple of drinks with yummy starters with live big screen entertaining. Service is also too good by servers. Thank u once again to the Mgt. Will definitely recommend our friends to come n stay.
