House keeping staff is very good. Keeps the rooms very neat and clean. All basic amenities are available. Staff is very soft spoken and accommodative in terms of timings for cleaning the rooms. Highly recommended for stay at this place ....

I am staying from 17th August 2022, fruits and juices are same for all the days, needs to be changed everyday it is better if we get choices for the same. Dry fruits, sprouts, millets needs to be kept for breakfast. Sweets also to be added in breakfast.
519 Room service needs lot of improvements like no almeria/ cupboards, rooms kits for daily use is not kept, dustbin not been cleared daily basis. Hot water not available in sink and blockage of drains.

I'm travelling on date 4th Feb 2023 , I reached hotel early morning and I request to the front desk to please allot room because from 12 hrs I'm travelling so I'm tired but the front desk executive first said to me there's no any room free you have to wait for some hours after then he said if you want to early Check in than you have to pay extra payment, I denied .
But my question is that if room was already free then why hotel staff asked for extra money to early Check in
Second thing food was too much expensive which is not worth , they don't have WiFi free also for that hotel staff asked for money to access wifi .
Over all totall waste of money.

I had the worst experience with a hotel booking ever. I admit it was my mistake while making an online booking I booked day booking, but I wanted to check at 2 AM. When I contacted the hotel to rectify the mistake, they person on call arrogantly said speak to your booking agent. My booking agent tried contacting the hotel, but they were so adamant that they just answered the call and put the receiver on side. When I called from my number they didn't even answer my call. And moments later I called from my other number as soon as they realised it was me, they disconnected the call. When I reached at the property at 2AM, the person who was on night duty was so arrogant, he didnt even listened to what I was saying, instead he was teaching me that is this a time to check in at hotel? And when I contacted my booking agent in front of him, my agent on loudspeaker requested him to atleast tell your name who you are Or what is your designation? Instead he replied I don't trust you where are you calling from, reservation counter opens in the morning. Whatever that will happen will happen in the morning.
Is this a way you guys provide hospitality?
Last time I stayed at Parc Estique, while check out the duty manager requested for my phone to write a review on Trip advisor. All the reviews that you see here are written by the hotel staff itself. Don't trust reviews written over here.

My recent experience with the hotel was very very disappointing. I had booked designer rooms for my very special guests from Delhi for a very important event of my life, but my guests were allotted basic rooms which were not in a good condition. I have never seen this kind of hospitality from any other hotel in which the rooms are downgraded without even a refund of the difference rather than an upgrade.
I will never forget this as my important event got ruined, and that we had to pay for designer rooms while our guests stayed in basic rooms. I will never be able to get over this as it spoilt my reputation in the family. It was a once in life time event and I will never get a chance to fix it.

I have been a regular at Hotel Parc Estique for more than 5 months now. The rooms are very spacious and the food is very tasty The front desk is also very cooperative and I have always been helped with an upgrade in the room category due to my frequent stays. A big shout out to Ms. Ashmita in particular fun the front desk who always greets you with a lovely smile. All in all a very pleasant experience every time and this hotel would be my first choice for my stays in Pune

The stay here was very comfortable. The house keeping staff were very punctual about the cleaning. All the staff here were very helpful. The beds and the pillows were the fluffiest. The breakfast that they served was very tasty and had a wide variety of cuisines. There was a little issue with the wifi.

Room is decent. Taps are loose. Cupboard magnetic lock broken. AC temperature adjustment does not work. Gym was not properly maintained. Swimmingpool was not clean. Staff are courteous. Food was decent. Check-in and check-out done without any delay. Location is good one can explore places around especially for a foodie. Soon after finding out my room was good I informed to front desk and this young lady Ms Asmita Pawar was very helpful in understanding my concerns and she immediately obliged to upgrade my room. Ms Asmita was always helpful whenever there is a need and her hospitality kept me happy during my stay over a period of 4 nights. Ms Asmita greets with such passion, one will surely forget the days stress.
All in all apart from Ms Asmita’s hospitality there is nothing to go to this hotel.

Tub is available only in some of the rooms. It depends on the type of room. You can get a room with tub easily. Not much of a difference in tariff, as I understand
