I stayed in Feb , booked through yatra 3-4 months back and got good deal . The Room was compact but clean , but mattress and pillow were very hard and uncomfortable .Pillow was like stone so i slept without it . I did not gave tip to guy who showed me my room so i was not given bath towels .In bathroom shampoo pouch / soap were not provided . Blankets were old and quite thin . All out (mosquito guard was needed) I was given room on first floor , In dead of night hotel reception bell rang and my sleep was disturbed two times .
Location of hotel was very good and peaceful . Hotel Building from outside is very beautiful and gives Heritage / Vintage Feel . No restaurant at hotel .Hotel needs refurbishment in furniture and bathroom tiles to give modern look and make it more appealing . if this hotel is given to oyorooms people they will make it heavenly

Was here just for a day and had to stay here as it was very near to the station. The hotel is quite clean and neat however service is not too good. The staff at the reception itself is non cooperative. I would not recommend this hotel for families, however short stay travelers may find this convenient as the railway and bus station is very close.
All food is got from outside so it is preferred that you have your meals outside. Another tip is to pls confirm the rates before you book the room. There are many options in the vicinity hence it would be prudent to check the rates there. Will i go back there??? Very very doubtful.

Hello,
This is my genuine experience for stay in hotel HOMELAND. The hotel management should understand that business and money making should not be the only concern.
But you should provide good service , though you may charge worth the service.
I just paid 900 for 1 day for a room in your hotel , which was my biggest mistake in life .
Rather i should have paid 2000 and stayed in a better hygenic hotel instead of compromising with my health.
Though i have spend thousands on my treatment in this 1 year.
After my stay in your dirty hotel , i was infected with urinary track infection.
I always regrett my decision to spend a day in hotel HOMELAND.
You should atleast clean the toilet after every check out.
I wonder you guys clean the toilets even once a year.
You must be angry with this email but i have suffered a lot for my mistake for staying in your hotel. Suffering for the entire life.
My age is just 28 and my 1st year of marriage is spoiled.
because of the urinary track infection , other problems have developed.
Still under treatment.
Anyways , you cannot change what has happened to me. but if you can consider this as a true experience and rectify your short comings , a hygenic / clean room and toilets.
The future customers can have a better experience , not bitter experience like me!!!

I decided staying in this hotel by seeing photos of the property on the net. I booked for three days. When I went there to my utter disbelief there is nothing like their photographs there. Most dirty rooms and most unbelievably dirty washrooms. Luckily I had not payed them any advance so I was able to go to a very good nearby place. At least when you are charging you can at least paint the place and clean the rooms while you are sitting idly at the counter. Now I will think twice before booking by the look of photographs on the net.

I did not stay there so this is not a review per se. I had called them the night before to book a room. But when we arrived the next evening they didn't have a room in my name. It was after midnight, but fortunately the hotel next door (Samrat) had rooms and it turned out to be good.

I havnt got the chance to stay here, but my booking experience was good. The building looks like one from history, white with designed windows. One more thing, those who are getting guidance from Google map, the location shown is wrong, the hotel is on the left side of Hotel Samrat. So search hotel Samrat in google map to reach dreamland.
