The property is in the heart of Pune, amongst very important landmarks. The rooms are pretty big compared to the rooms that you get today as double bedrooms. There is also Bamboo House which is a bar cum restaurant on the 4th floor of the same premises for unwinding. The staff members are very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

This oyo located in pune near the airport was a decent one. Had all the basic facilities and amenities that you would expect at any oyo. Service was nice and so also was the food. Good stay for those who are on a budget.

This hotel used to be called hotel royalty and used to be very good hotel with a good rooftop restaurant called curry on the roof. I used to stay and eat at this hotel and restaurant. Oyo management recently took over this hotel and recently I stayed first time after Oyo took over and noticed a big difference . The service is pathetic, Oyo changed the entire earlier restaurant staff and now given to some outsider to run it. The quality of food is bad and it’s very expensive . We ordered room service and the server didn’t even give us plates and spoons. Just delivered the food and left . Have no sense of what room service is suppose to be . Had to chase them for plates and cutlery. The breakfast is not so bad that we don’t feel like eating. Not only the quality is bad but even the quantity. Earlier hotel use to serve very tasty breakfast and also lot of variety at same rate but now after Oyo they serve only two items in breakfast see the pictures. When we went at 7:30am the breakfast was not even ready at all and had to wait for 20 mins for them to setup it. Service is poor and slow. The staff is untrained. Quality of food is bad and also the experience. It’s not value for money and not recommended at all. …

Third Class Service, Filthy Rooms, Broken Toilets, Old Furnishing, Premium charges, the free wifi went for a toss due to internet outage. The TV was not working. The room was not cleaned dispite of prompts and requests. the breakfast was stale. The managment was unhelpful. the drapes and bed covers were smelly and old. Paint peeling off. The AC was noisy.

This was definetly the worst place we have ever been measured by the price. The rooms were shappy, not clean and the staff was unfriendly and incompetent. If we had not been there with Friends we would have left after the first night.

I had visited this hotel for a conference. We were mostly in the conference so had a very little time to spend in the room. The hotel is suitable for business travel were you just need to be back for a sleep. Pros:- 1. Lunch & Dinner is good 2. Rooms are neat and clean Cons:- 1. Toiletries need to be improved drastically 2. Breakfast needs to be reviewed. Don’t forget to have misal Pav in Katakirr which is nearby.

It is a good hotel. The staff is good and so is the room service. It is a little on the expensive side but the food is good. Good location i would say. The morning buffet breakfast can have some more options. Don't forget to visit the restaurant/bar located at the rooftop. Helpful staff.

Stayed for three nights during a official visit. most of the staff does not understand English. Room was not value for money. AC was noisy. Broken windows. Balcony was conjested with the AC outdoor unit. Breakfast was not upto the level. less varieties.

It’s a fairly good hotel at the price. I got a single room for less than Rs 2000/-. Location is good lots Of greenery around, rooms are reasonably clean (I had fresh new linen), the sofa in the room was run down, but I never used it, ten bathroom was very clean (the toilet pot was very very clean). Breakfast is included but food is not nice and the tea tasted bad. I just walked across to Kamala Nehru Park and there are tonnes of breakfast options there’s and the chai is very nice there too.
