Good location for those who decided to visit Osho Meditation Center. In all other things it does not worth of money they charge. The room was dirty, for room service you have to ask every day, otherwise it will not be done. Shampoo, gel and water were provided only on third day of my living. Mattress is very hard, for me it was a problem. Hot water comes from time to time, you have to pour shower for 10-15 min before water become warm, but after the water becoming hot and there is not way to make it more comfortable. Towels and beddings are grey and old, when i came it looked like someone used it. Asked to change beddings and towels, the new were not much better. By the way, towels, beddings and overall dust in the rooms is the common problem in Indian hotels, unless it’s five stars expensive hotel with international franchise, so, may be this thing should be neglected, when the choice is made, however be ready.
No hair dryer has been provided, wi-fi worked only at reception, safe locker has been provided after insistent request and the locker was not fixed to the wardrobe or anything else, so theoretically it can be easily taken away with all valuables inside it.
The good sides: very close to Osho Meditation Center and no need to cross the road, friendly personnel, windows can be open, so no need to comfort with poorly worked HVAC.

First things First, The location of the hotel is excellent, Meaning that it is not on the main road, so no noise, no Honks whatsoever. The Rooms, however, are bit rundown and beds are too hard and uncomfortable . Stayed there for 3 nights and booking through Goibibo helped us to get the best rate possible.

I booked through online aggregators and got the cheapest tariff on the room. Its a quick night stay for me as i travel to pune for work. Located in a quaint lane of Koregaon Park, osho ashram is just a 3 mins walk. They have a recently opened Sante restaurant which is quite popular with the locals. Has good parking space and also friendly front desk staff. They give upgrade as per availability. So if you're looking to spend a night or two and traveling for work, this could be the spot.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for a 1 night stay, checking in Jan 30th 2020 afternoon, checking out Jan 31 2020 morning.
I realized the hotel had charged me twice when I received my bank statement two days later.
I called the hotel repeatedly for a refund but no one picked up. I called the Mint Hotels main office but again no response.
I wrote to Booking.com and asked them to take it up with the hotel.
Today I see that the hotel is still listed on the Booking.com website.
I am disgusted. I have told my friends and relatives in Pune about this hotel so hopefully no one gets gypped.

Dysfunctional Plumbing, Electrical switches, Room lighting. Torn wooden flooring. Frugal complimentary breakfast( Pav & Chole, that's it ! ). One feels like a beggar.

Decided to try this hotel. What a mistake.
Room had cockroaches , dirty , no towels, etc etc. Breakfast service crappy. They charge you like a 5 Star but deliver less than 1 star. Better to eat on the street. No selection , seems like an outsourced deal. Can’t blame the vendor.
Mr.Manager /owner wake up. The only good thing is the serene location but not enough to bring me back. Too bad I prepaid because would have moved out in a heartbeat if not. In this price category lots of excellent choices in Pune.

We had booked a stay for multiple nights, but we ended up leaving early after viewing the room. I'm posting this review, since the online listing is quite misleading and doesn't properly demonstrate the true nature of the property, which includes:
- Moldy, collapsing ceiling panels
- Moldy shower curtains
- Garbage and dirt build up outside of room
- Stained pillows and/or missing pillow covers
The hotel appears as if nobody has cleaned or maintained it in well over a year aside from the absolute basics (e.g. the towels were washed). Perhaps at one point it was a nice property, but currently nothing appears to intact, so you're left with a dirty, tired, and broken experience.
While it's in a convenient location, you can find clean and properly maintained properties nearby at the exact same price point. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Nice cozy rooms . Enough space to breathe in . Clean fresh surroundings. Good service.
Normally hotel rooms are quite small . But it offers ample space for 4 in each rooms . Ideal for couples and people travelling to Osho. Highly recommended .

Exterior is gorgeous, rooms in side are in disrepair. Broken patio door and door lock, inadequate room supplies (missing kettle and tea supplies, only one towel for two guests, empty hand soap dispenser), rooms in need of other repairs. Service inadequate. Had to ask for clean towels and make own bed.
