Hotel Green park is in a convenient loation in Baner road. I have stayed in this hotel in connection with a get-togeher and found that this is an ideal place to host small parties and events.There is also ample car parking and lawns service. The Executive Deluxe rooms which I have stayed was with king size bed. The foremost thing about this room is that it is highly spacious. You will simply love and enjoy the space of this room. My room was in the extreme east side and could enjoy the rising sun and the mountains in the chill of the dawn. Beautiful furnitures are provided in this room, wardrobe is huge with veneer finish. Unlike soft beds provided in many hotels, the bed was firm providing better support to your back and therefore the sleep quality was excellent. AC is centralised. Mini bar fridge was empty and was kept for name sake. Bath room is also spacious and clean. The taps in the bathroom was found clusterous. Since we were in a group, I could also see the twin bedded rooms in this hotel, which was also 20x14 feet size and was spacious. The buffet dinner of this hotel was tasty. Since I left early morning, I could not take breakfast and is therefore not aware about the items offered. A few things which pinched me was the attitude of the staff at the reception and the room service.There was no electric kettle and tea and coffee sachets provided in my room. (most hotels of same status keep this). A tea ordered in the morning was delivered after 40 mins after 2 reminders. The reception staff was enjoying his mobile talk when we were waiting for the room keys (rooms were booked earlier) and have not even bothered to acknowledge our presence. Since I was not not on business trip, I have not used wifi hence wifi speed is not known. This hotel seem to be more for get-togethers and dining hence may not be not just apt for business trips especially since services are not prompt. I stayed with family and found my stay quite relaxing. The rooms will make you relax. When I want to remember about the rooms (Executive Deluxe rooms) of this hotels, it about space and space and space.

Restaurant located in Baner area serves great food. We have been there several times but the food still is the best. It is located conveniently and has a lot of parking space.
This place is perfect for small get-togethers. Guest around you, are almost in groups. if your group is laughing and cracking jokes , and chit chatting so nobody will bother as almost all others are doing the same. Of course if this is going in decent and family mannered. There is enough Space for kids to move around.
Though don’t expect the great ambience.
No buffet available and food is served in a-la-carte manner. Most of the times we visited there in groups. Good menu to choose from but limited dessert option.
Good spot for dinner. I never stayed in the hotel so I don’t know about rooms and services.

Its a good hotel. Its restaurant is also good, remains booked during evening. The room size is big. Services are good. You can book the hotel for parties and many family functions. Kids will love the area near swimming pool. There are lot of parking space outside the hotel.

Though they have increased prices manyfold now st par with some 5 star hotels, the quantity of starters is ridiculously low. Not upto mark. Today I was disappointed with the experience and they ask us for tip seperately

Never...ever I would dare to go...Yakk the food is served with worms and I found it in my plate.....Yaak.....the staff had no concern over what happened...very very poor service... you must be really brave to go there and eat your food with worms

First understand that the previous reviews mixed those for the attached restaurant (which is very popular) rather than the hotel. From my experience with the hotel, it'd be hard for me to believe someone can give it more than a 3. I didn't expect it to be the Ritz, but this is NOT a business hotel either
Pros:
- good location, close to Baner, Aundh
- spacious, reasonably clean rooms with good furnishings
- good, but time-taking, room service
Cons:
- Never managed to get the internet access working
- the built in safe deposit box didnt work either
- room service brings food in a tray that still has leftovers from the previous user. Yuk!!
- reception/overall management didn't seem to be geared for the hotel part of the business

my worst ever experience in my entire life... Pathetic service, uneducated staff including Manager & general manager "Prasad" ... Don't have manners to talk to guest... Started torture done by the manager... Late night @ 1.30 harassing females asking for various id Even After staying for three days in the same rooms on previous days... GM using abusive language... I hope the owner is bit more understanding than the uneducated staff... Its a humble request for everyone Please don't visit this Pathetic hotel ever....

Yesterday we had a small dinner party with company friends at Green Park. I called in evening to book poolside table for 15-20 people, responce was "Aa Jaiye, mil jayega". As it was weekday, we all reached a bit late and were suprised to know that there is no table booked for us. Again staff informed that they keep your table till 8.15 pm only. We had to compromise on dinner inside the resto. I asked for 18 people table, they arranged 16 chairs on 4 tables and 2 more at two ends of tables. We had children for whome we needed more space and addition chairs. I requested staff to arrange one more table for us so that it will be comfortable. Suprisingly they refused to add table stating you have to manage on whatever is available. This was unexpected responce in such a wel known resto. We requested several times as it was not possible to accomodate so many people on 4 tables. Person who seemed to be Asst manager or so, was arrogant enough to switch off my mood. He just added some more chairs to congestion. Fortunately, 2 waiters there were keen enough to search a additional table for us. They requested 2 guests on another table to move and moved their table with drinks. Finally we got ample space.
Best part of party was, honestly speaking, excellent food and service thereafter.
I wrote this review not to criticise, but to make people aware that please make sure that your table is booked by calling in advance and be ready for some suprises, you may get one any time you visit this hotel, specially if you are in group.

One of the best family restaurant.....big parking, excellent ambience, good service and food makes this place to visit again and again.
Normal waiting on weekend...wait for 20 min and we got a table. Wanted to have near pool but being weekend difficult to have it. Service was normal but food was awesum...specially paneer dish and chicken tandoori
There is one hut which is for larger group and awesum.
Activities for kids as well which makes this place perfect for families

tried booking the hotel room here. First of all they dont pick up the phone and when they do, staff was horribly rude. Really shocked to see this attitude in todays era. Attitude is similar and the rude reminder of licenced raj.
