Only once I stayed in this hotel. Rooms are ordinary. location is on the Nagar Road. Lot of noise due to heavy traffic, almost 24 hours. Do not prefer rooms facing main road. No Restaurant. Tea is complimentary. Rates are reasonable for A/C rooms. Very old type elevator. I will say that this is an average Hotel and can be preferred only as a last options because so many better hotels are available in nearby areas.

A budget hotel with almost no facilities at all. very small rooms and no facilities at all as compared to the prices.The charges for a single air conditioned room are Rs. 1500 (approx) and they do not even give news paper / bathroom amenities etc.

Staying at this hotel was an end-moment decision for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The staff was cordial and the rooms were well maintained. The stay was decent and affordable.

On 4th floor's rooms are having camera on the sealing....
Family should be careful with this... check room first then check in....
every thing else was very good...
On main road and very near to malls....

One of the best hotels in pune with good staff nice ambience u feel like u stayin in your own place nice view from window heart of the city at prime location like Phoenix market city mall n Inorbit mall everything like restaurants, movie thetre shopping mall is available at near distance completely safe place n pocket free rates.

The rooms are old and ordinary. The reception and staff was confused as to which room was vacant. Lot of noise due to heavy traffic. Not a very well managed hotel. The reception desk forgot to take my entry in register since I arrived late night.

Stayed here for 3 days and wasn't bad at all. I got the cheapest room in the hotel @ Rs. 1100. Only drawback was the electricity problems but that isn't the hotels fault. They've got good WiFi on all floors. Didn't try food but they get theirs from the Restaurant next door which looked average. But the location is prime and right opposite to phoenix mall and 10 mins from Koregaon park and kalyani nagar which are the lively parts of the city.

Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a nice stay hotel..Airport is near about 2km from the location of hotel. Suitable for family. Services are reasonable and Value for money..

The Rooms was an average. Nothing special appearance we see at time of entry. No one is their to give attention to the customer. They never bother where the customer are waiting for rooms. Service was not so good. As we see the hotel its was an not worth it.

The room allotted to us was just okay, few tiles in the bathroom were broken and the food was average and the choices are below par for the money that they charge. Overall an Average place and nothing great to write about.
