The hotel is in a prime location in Pune city. Ample space of parking available. The hotel manager and staffs are cooperative and helpful. All rooms are fitted with modern equipment. Restaurants provide healthy and tasty food. Veg and Non veg foods are available. Pune Railway Station 9 Km and Pune International Airport 16 Km.

Property is nice , well located but not able to pool crowd because not value for money.

Food is terrible.Staff has no manners, totally sad state of affairs.Lift is of ancient times. Buffet complimentary breakfast Oh ! my God ..just left without eating.dining hall is dirty .complete hotel linen . Parking place is ample but not maintain.Reception counter and even staff requires training.

The rooms including bathrooms have gone old and require to be refurbished. If you book through the hotel website then the rates are lower than if you go directly and book the room. The food quality is not up to the mark which is also futilely expensive and all the items mentioned in the Ala-carte are not available. Also, the bar is not well stocked as per the rate card. The Vodka and Whisky brands we asked for though mentioned in the rate card were not available. Similar was the case with beer, full bottles of fast-moving brands were not available and only pints were available. Not a value for money place.

Decent budget hotel right on FC road. Worth the price. Rooms were good for the budget and also spacious. Had taken 2 rooms and got a 10% of on the price when booked through their website. Early checkin around 11:00 was accommodated.
You might feel the rooms a bit smelly when u enter but opening the windows will bring it to normal in few mins
Few improvements that can be done - taps needs to be fixed with aerators so that it does not splash, cleaning of scales.

One of Nicest place to stay. It's quite in the middle of the town. Infront of Fergusson College. When you come out of the hotel, you feel the pulse of Pune City. You can find some of the good places to eat. One such is Vaishali. Rooms Simple and clean. The hotel management should improvise on breakfast. Other wise it's a place to live comfortably. I will surely recommend.

The property is old, rooms are not good and bathroom was clumsy. We complained about the shower in the bathroom but no one came to fix it. They are not even providing the toiletries in the bathroom. The only positive point is its location but there are many good hotels in this area, one must explore. I not at all recommend it for stay.

Oh my god what a bad dirty hotel it was. Pls Pls dont visit this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was so bad ah. Over-priced not even worth for Rs.1000/- bucks. Beds were old and dirty. Bad staff. Dinning hall was bad. I won't recommend this hotel, stay away.
