The property is old, rooms are not good and bathroom was clumsy. We complained about the shower in the bathroom but no one came to fix it. They are not even providing the toiletries in the bathroom. The only positive point is its location but there are many good hotels in this area, one must explore. I not at all recommend it for stay.
The hotel is in a prime location in Pune city. Ample space of parking available. The hotel manager and staffs are cooperative and helpful. All rooms are fitted with modern equipment. Restaurants provide healthy and tasty food. Veg and Non veg foods are available. Pune Railway Station 9 Km and Pune International Airport 16 Km.
It was a corporate booking. Hotel ambience from outside gives you feel of Villa stay even the lobby area is very maintained but rooms are bit small compare to any other hotels in Pune even room service was very expensive not worth to order food in-house No complimentary water. Over all 3/5
Stayed here from Feb 20 to Feb 21, 2019. 1) The facade and the lobby is done well. Quite impressive. 2) The rooms, neat and clean, and well lit, are quite small in real estate. And that too, designed in an angular fashion. Poor leg space. 3) The bathroom was seemingly designed by some dim wit - with zero partition between the bathing and the rest of the aqua area. 4) Horribly low in no on charging points. 5) Less than average breakfast. Just a couple of South Indian items, and thats it. Quickly relocated.
Whenever I'm in Pune, I stay at this hotel. I have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 years. And every time I'm surprised by the room decor and facilities getting upgraded. The rooms are neat and clean with a flat screen TV and a electric pot for in-room tea and coffee. None of the rooms provide you with a view. Decent housekeeping and room service. The staff has been with them for ages and hence have become complacent with absolutely no knowledge of customer service. Room service orders are taken till 10:30 pm, which at times can be irritating. Buffet breakfast is vegetarian and eggs. Food is averagely priced between Rs. 275/- to 350/-, tasty and the quantity is good. Though had a very bad experience with their seafood. Absolutely stale I must say. The in-house restaurant also boasts of a bar. The location of the hotel is its biggest plus point. Bang on Fergusson College road, the Linking Road of Mumbai with its street bargaining and some good vegetarian eateries and resto bars. This road comes alive in the night with the young and restless student community in Pune ever present out there.…
I made an online booking 3 hours before travel same day. I got it at good budget rate ac room. oom was comfortable, service good and at good posh location adjoining Fergussion College. There is a huge shopping complex 10 minutes walk adjoining Balgandharv Hall and garden. Shreyas hotel serving excellent thali lunch is 4-5 minutes walk away area has many branded fast food chains. I slept well enough that is rare for me outstation.
We stayed at the Ashiyana part of the hotel. They were not the most welcoming initially, but once we paid and settled into the rooms, it felt better. We were a group of 14, and so almost the whole 2nd floor was ours, but despite all the racket and the mess we made, they didnt complain or anything, so we were infact grateful to them for the amount of hospitality they showed, The breakfast is full veg, but there are many cafes just a 5min walk from the
Stayed in this hotel again in Nov, 2017. I found room as neat and clean with fresh blankets. Breakfast was very good but simple. Idlis and dosas were very tasty. Got a good deal through Goibibo and so would like to come back here in future for a short trip;
We a family of four, stayed in this facility in early October 2017. Our experience, at best, was miserable. The rooms were dirty, the staff were unfriendly and rude, food was very ordinary and to cap it all the AC wS not functioning! I believe that the management should have compensated for the discomfort created but they curtly declined and offerred a sum which can be called peanuts! Will not recommend this place to any person!
The hotel is located in a prime area, so connectivity is not an issue. The staff is always helpful and smiling. The décor of the lobby is quite modern but same is not the case with the other floors. Having said that , I was pretty happy with the service and the food quality. No water/AC problems during my stay and ample parking space for your car.
