Don't go on earlier reviews. its now renovated ..staying here is now worth.. no mosquito cockroaches. Recently been there in Dec.14 last week. Rooms are clean and nice Even bathrooms very clean and hygienic. view from the resort is gr8 as its in between jungle area near Pirangut, Mulshi road.so need to keep asking localities. Spring hill Resort is newly renovated in nov.2014 by new owner ans has maintained well till now with disco n good DJ too. Resort was fully occupied. Food was delicious specially Chinese & Punjabi paneer dish mouth watering. our room was including breakfast. breakfast spread was decent as compared to resort with south Indian and Puri-bhaji. Hotel and restaurant ambiance is very nice.. we dint required A/C also as the climates is just wow.
resort has clean huge Pool with music going on. Resort has Volley ball court / Cricket ground / gym and also provide free wifi after checked in

Its most nearest to Lavasa 18 kms and in decent price value.

OVER ALL experience was beautiful experience.
Must visit. and Worth Paying :)

This hotel is very far from pune airport. Specially absolutely no no for business travelers. Rooms are big with balcony, location is nice but nothing available nearby. You don't get any transport. Only option is to hire a car to go to the city and it is very expensive. Food is very ordinary and room service is bad. People who loves to spend some time in isolation this place is good for them.

I received a call from this resort from no : 65330034 , the lady talking on the other end was trying to offer me free stay coupons for 2 persons , but since I have busy schedule I denied and she was really arrogant . Tell me freinds how can you expect anything out of such a resort !

It is no where close to being called as a "Resort". It is a small hotel with a pool. Location/ vallery is very good and scenic but this hotel is very very average not worth room rent of more than 750-1000 bucks. You get 2 options for breakfast, rest chargeable. Limited food options in the hotel and also nearby radius of 5-10km (only dhabas). Very average rooms with very avg furniture, washrooms, saw tv of screen size perhaps 16inch or lesser after ages. Small cockroaches in rooms keep roam all around.

I HAVE BEEN TO SRING HILL RESORT PIRANGUT with family in the month of May 2013 with 2N Stay package .After reaching there observed that Resort is badly maintained not worth even for Free Stay.As per package they suppose to provide us Buffet Breakfast /Lunch or Dinner .....But nothing is been given as there is hardly any occupancy.Management rates themself as Three Star propoerty in the foothills of Lavasa .....but their swimming pool is dirty & not useful for children,Gym is not operational as most of the equipment is under breakdown condition.Room Service is worst even there is limited occupancy,no hotwater available ,dirty bed linen .Ultimately we thought management is not concerned about their guests who actually pays.Only satisfactory part is staff is coordial and food is tasty ..

To start with there was no one at the Hotel who could give proper directions to guide us over the phone. So I ended up reaching at 11pm along with my wife and 2 kids. Once I reached we were told that since the kitchen was closed and everybody had gone home, we could not get any dinner.(I thought you had 24 hrs room service ????)
The next day Saturday, we came back to the hotel at around 8:30pm after spending the whole day out.We were not getting any hot water in the bathroom tap.We called the reception to send someone to check it. After about 20 minutes (and a lot of wasted water) the water was still only barely luke warm. I called the reception again and he promised to send the maintenance guy. He then called to say that since the water heater worked on solar power we couldn't get any hot water from there. After we screamed at him for making us wait for all this while, he got us 2 buckets of water from outside.
On Sunday morning as we were coming down for breakfast, the lift broke down and so my wife and daughter were stuck in the lift for about 10 mins, after which they were pulled back to second floor and they came down using the steps.
These are my observations overall :
* I noticed that there is only one server for your room service and to take care of your dinning area.
* The Kabanah's were always dirty and never cleaned after someone had used it. Making it impossible for the next person to just go in and use it.
* The corridors of your hotel are never cleared. Empty bottles, Food trays etc can be seen outside the room doors at any given time.
* The tablecloths in the Dinning area are quite dirty.
* Based on the above, I didnt want to take a chance of letting my kids into the swimming pool as I'm not sure when last the water was changed.
* I feel the Hotel is presently run by a group of immature, inexperienced youngsters.

I was planning a trip to Lavasa and couldn't find any accommodation. Finally ended up booking this one thought Lavase wouls be closer. The photograph of the hotel looked so impressive on the net. When you actually see them you will come to know how could anyone give a star to this hotel.
Cleanliness has no meaning to them. The indoor plants were dried and rotten and has become breeding ground for mosquitoes. The restaurant was dark and full of mosquitoes. Tables were dusty and cloths were dirty. Since there wasn't any other eatery near, we had to order inside the room. The staff was untrained and no reception. The reception was managed by the room boys. The balconies and outside the rooms were so dirty and the empty plates and liquor bottles were lying till late in the morning.
You will feel sick of the thought of paying so much for this hell. Don't get carried away by the photos. They might have been enhanced or might have taken when it was built.
