I stayed with St. laurn as i had a business trip in Pune. To my surprise the hotel had the same warm welcome as it was before the pandemic, the front desk was having the same smile. The time has been tough for everyone however coming here and staying with St. laurn i never felt there is an outside world too. Proper security measures were been taken while entering the hotel and while serving the meals. If you are planning a trip to Pune do visit St. laurn which takes care of your safety gives you the prime location of pune. Last but not the least I specially would like to thank the front desk guys Saurabh and Kusum for their warm welcome and extended hospitality. 😊

St lauren koregaon park pune @ ebony restaurant. One of the finest restaurant in koregaon park. Restaurant was so clean and hygienic. They followed all the covid 19 rules and regulations with proper sanitisation .Chef Umesh is absolutely best chef . Taste of the food was so good . Hi guys, I want to put the honest reviews for the birthday party we hosted here at St laurn hotel on 11 Jan on rooftop: The management and decoration persons were so irresponsible that they spoiled the function: 1. ( 1st Irresponsibility) Mr. Rajiv through which we booked the venue and who promised us that it will be available for us from 6pm was so irresponsible that he did not pay attention to vacate the venue even till 7:45 pm. 2. ( 2nd Irresponsibility) Mr Rajiv insisted us to take the in-house decoration by Mr. Riaz, he came out to be so irresponsible that he started decoration at 8:15 pm although he promised that it will be ready by maximum 6:30 pm. 3 ( 3rd Irresponsibility)The paneer tikka dish was total stale and spicy. The tandoori roti was total cold and was like rubber that it could not be chewed. 4 (4th Irresponsibility) Mr. Rajiv promised that the roti will have 4-5 options and will be available but there only one type of roti was available and that too like above 5 (5th Irresponsibility) Mr. Rajiv promised us that the hotel speaker and Mic are good but at the type of function we came to know that those are total waste and they will not work even for 10 min without disturbance. 6 (6th Irresponsibility) Mr. Manoranjan who was looking after arrangements was so irresponsible that did not even put the required tables and chairs after so many calls. The guest were standing for a long time just waiting for it. 7 In short the pathetic coordination, bad food, fake promises, no hygiene, so not a nice venue to host parties as no one wants to be embarrassed when they are hosting the party.

The stay was pretty average. The staff are polite enough but dont expect out of the world customer service.
A lot of basic items were not present in the room like slippers, toiletries apart from soap.
Also they do not allow outside food which is a bummer (they claim it was due to Covid protocol, which doesn't make any sense as every thing is open now with free movement). Good for them cause they can profit from in room dining more.
The breakfast buffet spread was average at best, with NO meat based items like chicken or pork. Only Indian veg items and egg live station. So disappointing for non vegetarians.
Would look for a better place next time, wont be returning.

I had come here for some business in koregaon park road only booked this hotel online . I loved the location of this hotel it’s soo convenient from everything they staff was soo cooperative especially Sudhanshu ji and priyankaji as my flight got delayed they accepted my request for a late checkout without any hassles. I will surely stay here whenever I come to Pune in future too .

I camed with my family i got more n more then my expectations I camed with someone's reference I really appreciated to him for this the hotel is so well maintained if u asked for anything they come in a movement they even don't use plastic bottles in room as I check with Neha in restaurant she said it's not good for health that mean they care for our health too. I really enjoyed my stay thankyou so much Ms Neha and her team. All staff is so friendly so kind and helpful my baby got to close to Neha during breakfast. I will definitely come soon.
