Great Place for Long / Short Stay (in BUDGET).

Great Place for Long / Short Stay. Booked through AirBnB. I have stayed here for more than 2-3 times and it's always a superb experience. Firstly let me tell you it's an service apartment not hotel or guest house. So everything needs to be done by yourself. They do provide some amenities which is enough for a comfortable stay. It's located at the perfect area of Pune called KP. Airport, eateries, cafe's, night clubs, Osho Ashram, Street food is near by. -SILENT and QUITE place, complete peaceful society. -BYOB, bring your own Booze.3-4 mins walking distance for wine shop. -You can order from zomato or swiggy. -Nice balcony. -Place for parking scooties. -Polite guard who does check-in and check-out.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Koregaon Park, Pune

My experience of staying at Bharat and Ahanaa's place can be summed up in a word that I use only rarely - 'Flawless'. Nestled in a quaint, quiet, picturesque street off the South main Road in Koregaon Park, the place offers just the right mix of warmth, comfort and stellar hospitality extended by the fabulous hosts and their staff. The check in is smooth and the surprise delight of being offered delicious chocolates as a welcome treat starts the stay at just the right note. The staff are extremely well mannered, gracious and prompt. Help is available 24x7 and the place is literally sparkling - clean and hygienic and the kitchen is well stocked with all basic utilities. Purified, cool water refilling facility at the place was amongst my favorite features as I am very particular about clean drinking water. Cleaning and housekeeping is effortless and prompt and the place feels perfectly safe for women travelling alone. A special shout out to Ahanaa for being such a generous, warm, and thoughtful host - for the delightful cake she was kind enough to bring over on the Christmas eve! A gesture, I value deeply and would remember to mention when endorsing and recommending the place to my friends and acquaintances. As might be expected, I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Pune, and Koregaon Park in particular. Personally, I cannot wait to visit again!:)…

Comfortable stay

I stayed for 3 nights at Apple tree with my friends, it was overall a pleasant stay. We booked a suite to accommodate 4 pax, room space was sufficient with attached balcony. House keeping is available only in the morning, a common kitchen is available. Peaceful place located in Kp, plenty of fancy food joints are walk by.

The best stay in pune!!

I have known pune city quite well and the koregaon park area is where i used to live in my pg days , i have lots of frnds here but fr a conference n leisure visit me n my partner tried this service apartments n today is my 1st day . To my amazement this is soo soo soo good !! I never expected it to be so good , the location of ourse the best being in kp, the gallery which was provided is awesome , washrooms, big king size bed and big led , they however dont provide in house dining but u can order from nearby resto which r plenty in kp and through foodpanda ,swiggy and zomato also!!!

Excellent stay in the most lively part of The City

Review It was a great experience and a very family friendly place to stay. I will stay here each time I am back in this area. Rooms were very clean and well designed and very spacious. As there are only 9 rooms in the apartment , so privacy is at a high level. It's a home stay experience and before your checkin all the necessary details of the apartment is sent to you via email and watsapp which shows a sense of responsibility towards the guests. And in case of any problem during your stay the hotel management makes sure to get it done quickly. It was a very good stay. Apple tree apartment is very easily reachable through google maps and it's located in Koregaon park where you can find many restaurants and cafes. Transportation is easily accessible. I would highly recommended and will stay here again. A good alternate of a standard hotel. And the most important thing it's very budget friendly service apartment. I can say it's a home away from home.…
