I stay in mumbai and have visited all hill stations around mumbai many times. But this time, the experience was just out of this world, because of this place. It was such a dreamy place to stay. This was everything I needed and much more. I am still in awe of the beauty that I witnessed. Food is also good. They provide free breakfast. Staff is very friendly. I will go definitely visit this place again.

Can't complain about the rooms. Everything was clean. Can't say the same about the service. The staff was slow to respond or just didn't sometimes. And charged 250 rs for a simple buffet breakfast of just poha and idli. There weren't any rate cards anywhere. Even the restaurant had expensive food and not enough quantity or taste to justify it.

Visited 27th to 29th December 2021 Location 10 out of 10 Food 10 out of 10 Breakfast 9 out of 10 Staff 11 out of 10 - Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Vishal are one the best Managers I have ever experienced among many hotels. There was a confusion created by booking partner but Jagdishji went out of the way and sorted that out for us. Would definitely recommend for stay in Panchgani While booking ask for a room on Top Floor

Mismanagement in service. They promised some basic decorations at the time of booking and was not delivered. TV was not working. Was disturbed alot by the management. Poor hospitality. Would not recommend it.

Dear Madam, Good Morning, You demanded us for free decoration while decoration material is not available in Panchgani. also you demanding discount also which we have already given to you. but still you are not satisfied, also you are not paid the amount which was final after discount. You want all things free that was not possible. Many visitors are visited and nobody complements like you. Checkin - Smooth Room - Ok in size and clean Bathroom slippers - No Toiletries - Ok Bathroom - Can be better in terms of cleanliness Tea and Coffee - No kettle or complimentary Tea & Coffee Wifi - Ok TV & Dish - TV is small, Dish ok Staff - Courteous & Polite. Overall good and cosy stay.hotel staff was helpful..and restaurant food was delicious with amazing view outside.. Hotel should work on following points- 1.Do provide atleast one clean bath towel. 2.Do provide atleast two toothbrushes and small toothpaste. 3.should improve quality of breakfast, specially sandwich..

Simply loved the location. Also the service was very good. They have a good staff people at the reception are just ready to help. The hotel has a lovely cuddly dog Sheru. One of the staff Ganesh is very prompt in his work.Loved the stay

Rainforest Villas has possibly the best view of mountains and the lake that you can imagine. The Executive room is posh, and is actually better than a 3/4-star room in terms of its amenities. The service is lightning fast, and we were thrilled by every aspect of our stay. Icing on the cake is the Rainforest restaurant quality of food. That itself is a reason enough to stay with them, as the restaurant food can be ordered in as room service. Would 100% recommend to have a stay in the Premium or Executive room (top floor) for the perfect view.

This is a really good Hotel to stay in Panchgani. If you are expecting it to be like a resort, then you will be disappointed as they have no inhouse recreational activities, but if you are someone who gets mesmerized by the view from room, then you are in for something awesome. It's located bang on the Parsi point and you don't need to go the point to see the views as you can see the same from your room's balcony. The service is also very good, they staff is very polite and they have room service too. Their restaurant is also very popular amongst the tourist. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

They have a new floor built with about 7-8 rooms and we were the first family to occupy a newly built room. The rooms itself are spacious, and well equipped with almost everything you need. The views from the balcony itself are breathtaking. It's right next to Parsi point, and just about 1-1.5 kms away from the Panchgani market. The restaurant, and the entire staff are extremely helpful and cater to any of your reasonable needs. The new rooms are a little expensive than the normal ones and that is something they can consider bringing down or including breakfast in those rates. In any case, a "must stay" place if you're in Panchgani.
