The location is outstanding. Season in which we had gone was making it more beautiful. The housekeeping staff, Neha and her team, was very helpful and forthcoming. Other staff also is quite courteous.
Things which can be improved are variety at meals and breakfast. Also washrooms can be better equipped with seperator between washroom and shower. Hooks for hanging cloths, place keep toiletries, glass to keep brush and other items in bathroom will improve experience.

Finally we decided to visit Magnus Caverns after reading multiple reviews. Staying in Villa down room. Let’s start with the PROS: Amazing Location, Courteous Staff, Huge Clean Rooms, Loads of Greenery, Lots of outdoor and indoor games, tasty food and PET friendly. CONS: when we checked in the staff should have informed us about the activities available, nothing was told to us we stayed here from 29-31. The resort is located on both sides of the main road part. Tents Stay, Dam n Restaurant on one side while Villa, Swimming pool n Grotto on the other side. There was live music on Saturday which we weren’t informed. On Friday n Saturday we were given same buffet dishes for lunch and dinner which was a disappointment. So on the second day we ordered from a la carte. Most of the people who come here I have noticed only stay for one night. They should have different dishes on weekends not repeating it. The team is not in sync when it comes to accounts.. I had to highlight multiple flaws in the final bill, it would be their loss. Not everyone would highlight that. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would visit again but would ask the team to change the menu when serving customers staying over 2 days.

This is one of the best Resort, i have stayed so far. Amazing location right at the bank of Dhoom Dam Lake, with superb scenic view. Lots of Fun activities - Speed boating, Archery, Shooting, Cycling, Trekking, Swimming, Horse riding, Indoor games etc
On our request Jain food (Breakfast, Hi-Tea, Lunch and Dinner) was served, which was very delicious and the spread too was fairly large. Many thanks to the Chef for meeting our Jain food requirements.
It was our 15th marriage anniversary and my daughter's birth, the decoration was upto the mark along with amazing assistance by their staff (Mr. Nitin) in helping to capture amazing memories through his photography skills.
The staff were very helpful and at the top very humble and ever welcoming to our needs.
Cliff Tents where we stayed was of a luxurious with all needed amenities. The resort has many added benefits and the location is just perfect and would recommend one to have stay in their superbly built villa's and tent.
Hospitality was the best, even when compared with 4 star hotels.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was very good. Staff is helpful and polite. The views and surroundings are serene and beautiful. Food is good too. Overall very good. Shall visit again.
The bathroom lights can be brighter and some provision to keep the brush, paste and such other essentials near the basin. Also more provisions to hang the towels and clothes in the bathroom. Mattresses and pillows can be a bit more firm

I was searching A decent..comfortable resort around Wai for our old collage groups Annual Get together..we all have crossed 75+.. 50% members from Kolhapur..actualy our group is kolhapurs Rajaram collage group who got admission in 1964.so we named our group as Rck64 group. So 50%members from kolhapur..Belgavi sangli and 50% from Pune. So we were searching midway resort...around Wai.. I found this resort on Google which caught my mind by seeing photos.. I half believe on photos..so we came to wai and saw the resort. Shri Rushabh from pune office made arrangements to show the resort and insructed resort staff to show it throughly and provide all information that we ask. Manager Kale personally accopmanied Us and showed us the resort and gave all information..actually on that day we fell in love of this resort..and decided to book this resort for our one day get together on 5feb to 6 th feb. For30 guests..we selected, 10,rooms in 5 villas.. They gave us resonable price pakage for 3meals..one Breakfast and one hii tea with snacks. We all came on 5 th feb..and my all members have one workmsand say i.e. Wonderfull...location..Excellent Service especially by Shri Kale and Namrata..and all staff polite and helping. Exceelent Food veg/nonveg both.very tempting menu.. Rooms quite decent and like star hotels.all day hot water. Swimming pool Lajawab.. In short perfect and full value for money.. It is 7 kms from wai city on Wai Dhom dam road..there is water sports facility..also.
It is Best for Group celebration....Family stay.. Pachagani is just 17 km and Mahabaledhwar around 40kms
Rest all details u will get on web site.. One thing i want to say U will never go disappointed. Will love to come again.. Happy Stay..

We went here from 26th to 29th October. The property is in two parts on either side of the road. Our stay was at the upper side villas.
The room was very spacious and evem had and extra bed for kids. A very large balcony with french windows gave a nice view of the Dhom Lake. There are windows on three sides of the bed room Bathroom is large with high ceiling. It has a hatch for natural light to come in. Bathroom has plants inside!
Hot water was made available to us at very early hours and toilets, bath was working perfectly.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner had veg and nin veg options. All the food items very delicious.
The staff was extremely courteous and prompt, were were even served Chinese food on demand.
It is connected to the lake and you can take a dip in the lake. It has Gypsy ride and camp fire and such activities.
Few ancient temples and historical place such at Fadanvis wada are neraby which supplement our urge to do small outings.
A very safe and hygeinic place. Its 200% value for money.
Highly recommended for family and couples!!

In hindi, we call it sukoon❤️ Surrounded by hills, river, greenery, this nature loving resort is a bliss for all the nature lovers & hustlers who wish to take a break from their daily, busy schedule. They have different room categories available for everyone based on their budgets. A perfect resort for you to chill with your friends, family and loved ones. They have got everything right from basic tents to luxury suite rooms. Be it a couple or even a big group, this place can host everyone. Well, not just that but they also serve some amazing food, veg and non veg both options are available here. Along with that they also have many activities to keep you engaged throughout your stay & cherry on the cake they also have introduced a wellness spa which completely relaxes you. We had the pleasure of staying at Magnus Resort recently and I must say that everything about this place is beyond any expectations of anyone, breathtaking views from Room, so many outdoor amenities to use, Lake at walking distance with boating horse riding camel riding, hospitality of staff and the food. Everything is just amazing .. its a heaven as you can just dip in nature and enjoy everything around it including Trekking as well. Even the lake was just accesible from resort where kids enjoyed so much and there camp fire sky lanterns, indoor outdoor games .. loved everything.. a place to go when you need a break with full cleanliness

Thanks to each and every staff of magnus caverns resort and spa for making my vacation really worth it. Each and every penny spend over here was worth it. Special thanks to Mr. Mahesh (restaurant), Mr. Ahmed (Spa), Ms. Kavita (spa), Mr. Mistry ( housekeeping), Ms. Vrushali ( as far as I remember her name) (front office reception), the buggy guy who was always on toes. This place is the best place to escape yourself from ur daily city chaos. Just sharing my experience: I reached almost 4 hours before my check in timing due to availability of my bus (mumbai to wai) but was still greeted with love and was served hot delicious tea by Mr. Mistry which was much needed after a long tiring bus journey. (literally craving for it now after reaching mumbai). Got freshen up and sat at the clubhouse and spend my rest of the time exploring the property and got a chance of getting a glance of peacock and beautiful birds which i haven't seen before due being a city resident. Started my day by having a dip in the swimming pool and spend the evening at the spa, had deep tissue massage which was much needed for my entire body. The lemongrass oil just relaxed my entire cell of my body, after that they suprised me by arranging a special dinner for me with a butler (Mr. Mahesh) who took care of every single need of my preference. The best way to end my first day. Second day :- started my day with their mouthwatering breakfast and quick service from the restaurant staff and they all are so polite and take care of every single need of me. After having my breakfast i enjoyed the ATV ride, archery, rifle shooting, horse riding, boating, enjoy with the animals (worth spending the money for extra activities), after having my lunch spending the time at the tree house and listing to their soothing playlist. Didn't even got to know where the time passed by, so relaxing and so soothing. After my high tea (their high tea homemade cookies are delicious, craving for it after returning back) I went for a walk at the shore and got to experience the beautiful sunset and enjoy the swing by the shore. An all encompassing experience we had whilst our stay over the weekend of 22nd/23rd Apr at Magnus Caverns Resort. To start with, the location was simply breathtaking having an unrestricted view to the Dhom Dam. Food at the restaurant was the pinnacle of our stay - right from lunch to dinner to the next morning’s breakfast. Staff out there including the Managers were far too kind & welcoming and pretty attentive to guests. Details provided by their reservation office staff namely Rose D’Mello prior to our arrival mirrored our overall practical experience. Overall an amazing experience to me, my wife, my teen daughter & my son. Keep up the good work.
