We offer quality accommodation and unsurpassed hospitality, with a meal-plan second to none. As owners, we have always taken great pride in maintaining immaculate upkeep of our premises and surroundings. We provide a hearty breakfast, sumptuous lunch, high tea and a delicious dinner. Our cuisine, which features several legendary family recipes, puts an emphasis on fresh, tasty home-cooked food, using quality ingredients and taking no short cuts in preparation. Il Pallazo is highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday accompanied by some mouth watering authentic parsi cuisine. All the meals are top notch. Il Palazzo Hotel in Panchgani (since 1927), owned by the wonderful Farham Irani is another beautiful property for those seeking break from Mumbai/Pune grind. Amazing food, forever pleasant weather, chirpy birds and great conversations are the highlights. Gardens are well manicured with red and pink hydrangeas in full bloom. 3 cats parade around happily while 3 energetic dogs are kept in the private section of the property. A family of langoor tried to encroach today but were scared away thanks to the toy air guns. Small but a very clean swimming pool along with a small gym to burn the extra calories. Oh those calories you will gain and so many of them. Authentic Bawa food when hosted by a generous Bawa host equates to an extra tyre or two. Patra ni macchi, Dhansak, fried fish, mutton stew, Berry pulao, fish croquet….. burp…. Caramel custard, Chicken tikka, naan, strawberry cream, Lagan nu custard…. BUUUURRRRPPP….. lots more that I can’t remember. I am sorry I really can’t recommend one or two dishes… you’ve got to eat all…. ALL! The property has 9 rooms and package includes three (wholesome is an understatement) meals, and evening tea. The staff are extremely helpful and forever active. Farham Irani a warm and generous host runs the place. The man has very clear priorities…. He won’t compromise the quality for quick bucks. We saw him blatantly refuse lunch to a group of 5 adults and 2 dogs because they called in too late ….. “no, too late for today. You need to book atleast a day in advance. And will your dogs eat Parsi food, we have Berry Pulao today…?” Bawa humour…!?! Go to this place people…. And you’d want to come back again.…

Visited this well maintained hotel recently at the recommendation of a colleague and must say it was a fabulous stay. Its a heritage boutique hotel, very well maintained under the personal supervision of the owner Mr Furham Irani who is wonderful host and makes every effort to make the guests comfortable during their stay The Food is just amazing... every meal has variety of Mutton , Chicken and Seafood items . Pls be prepared to add a few kilos as the generous Host and efficient staff will pamper you with their delicious offerings. The rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained and has other utilities like swimming pool, Gymnasium, Club room with indoor games , badminton court and even bicycles for every age. We recently visited Panchgani for 5 nights during Christmas and stayed at IL Palazzo. It was our second visit to this beautiful and quaint heritage resort. It felt almost visiting a holiday home for us and what made this visit doubly enjoyable was getting an opportunity to meet Mr. Faram, who is the living and breathing soul of this beautiful hotel. We had missed him during our last visit! Speaking of Mr. Faram - The man knows his food ....period! If you want your carnivorous instincts pampered and enjoy engaging and energizing conversations....he is your messiah! Need I say more! We will soon be going back!

As a family, we just love our stays at IL Palazzo! It is a lovely, quaint place with nice rooms and a beautiful manicured garden. The kids always have a great time here playing football, climbing trees and chatting with Faram. Faram, the owner, is a gregarious and jovial guy and makes you feel completely at home....he loves to chat and feed people. The food here is outstanding and it is, without doubt, the best parsi food we've eaten. The service is great, and nothing is too much trouble for Faram and his lovely staff or Vanita Tai, dilip kaka and other others. Needless to say, we'll keep coming back!

Our 2nd sojourn at Il Palazzo with a group of friends .. always a fantastic experience. Amazing food and fun all round. Faram is a great host, really warm and regales us with stories. Excellent service from Dilip kaka, Vanita tai and all the staff. Absolutely recommended place to switch off for a few days and just do nothing - spend time with friends & family. Sure to be back soon

Mr. Irani is a gem off a person, he makes you feel extremely comfortable and each guest is very special to him. Fortunately for us, we connected very well and I got the priviledge to cook sindhi curry and aaloo tookh for him, which is his absolute favorite... i can very happily say that we made a frnd for life 😁 This place is a MUST visit and the food is to die for...

A memorable two days of fun and fiesta. Food in this hotel would put any 5 star hotel a backseat..each and every dish was lipsmacking. Wholesome and delicious..every meal was personally supervised by our endearing host Framroze..He takes special care of all his guests with his warm and friendly nature.Special thanks to Dilip for his care and patience. IL Pallazo, a quaint hotel with only 10 rooms, run by Faram a delightful man who knows all about hospitality without going overboard . 7 of us, girlfriends spent 2 nights here and not only were we charmed by this loud voiced man but even his efficient, simple, and friendly staff who are on their toes for the guests. Now comes the best part..the food is to die for... A gastrnomic delight. I felt I was at a Parsi wedding bhonu for every lunch and dinner. Never have I tasted better parsi cuisine and that too cooked by local Maharashtrian cooks. The variety is amazing and the flavours burst in your mouth with each bite. I would go back in a heart beat.
