Detailed Reviews
In the midst of an amazing lake and mountain view, this hotel is ideally located has the best of the views that Panchgani has to offer. Right off the main road, a little narrow road leads to the hotel (bigger cars will have a difficult time to manoeuvre) We selected the Miraha Vista room type which has an attached balcony to the room. Trust me when I say it, that the balcony is totally worth it. The view from the balcony is totally mesmerising you can enjoy an amazing sunrise from here. The check-in experience was overall okay, although we reached early and were promised the room to be given before the desired time, we ended up getting the rooms right during the check-in time itself. Hotel being a pure vegetarian hotel did not disappoint at all in the taste and value for money. Apart from the Breakfast here, we ended up ordering room service on both nights. Overall had a gala of a time here. Will definitely recommend for couples/family to visit here.

+1
This hotel is located in one of the scenic points of Panchgani with all rooms facing the beautiful and serene valley. Equally good are attributes and traits one looks for in a hotel stay. Rooms are specious, equipped, clean and decent. Vista rooms have a long adjacent terrace, an elegant photo op! Breakfast is delicious and all meals are reasonably priced and very tasty for a vegetarian gourmet. Entrance and lobby are relatively small but manageable. Staff is humble and well mannered. Best value-for-money for couple, group, backpacker or a single who wants to work from destination

I stayed here with family for 2 Nights in Balcony room. Room was reasonable in size for family of 3 (2 Adult 1 Child), however as all balcony rooms share common balcony passage your privacy gets disturbed if hotel has given 2/3 rooms to common big family like in our case 2 families were passing by our room thru common balcony passage which was disturbing our privacy. Also Restaurant is compact and has a capacity of approx 24 pax. During breakfast time one will have to wait as the capacity of restaurant is small and there is no table turnover. I will commit that Food was tasty and staff was courteous. Also the USP is valley view from rooms.
Housekeeping services can be improved and other amenities like Table Tennis, carrom, dodge ball were for just name sake as was not maintained properly and is in compact room. Children play area is also in a very small area.

The approach to the hotel by car is narrow & steep. If another car is coming from other side, it won't be able to pass. One of the cars would have to reverse (which also would be very difficult to do). Also parking area is very small & can barely accommodate about 4 to 5 cars. If that is full, parking has to be done in muddy area.
The entry to the dining area is from outside. Also, there is an incline without any proper railings to hold onto. Difficult to manage for elderly or disabled persons.
There is no balcony. A common terrace has been separated by white picket fences between each room.
The room was disinfected with a very strong disinfectant, which made us nauseous & also gave us a slight headache. Had to open out the terrace side door to air the room out.
They only serve veg.food.
On the upside, the rooms were well furnished & spacious.
The location is good.

Superb Good views !! But For the price per night being paid - Washrooms need maintetance (Flooring seems broken and worn out) , Beds need to be soft . In regards to the local service team and management there at the property is wonderful and on the toes to help the Guests staying there . Cafe area is a bit small to accomodate everyone at once in breakfast . No other ammenities in the property , When such a price is being paid across per night - Playing area , Childrens play area , Swimming pool is expected . The view from the rooms are Full ubstructed .

We were at Miraya to celebrate our anniversary. While booking the room looked very good with a stunning view and hence we booked the room with sit-out.
However, on reaching we were very disappointed to find a too narrow approach road to the resort. It is adjoining a private property. While driving through the approach, we get a feeling of tresspassing the private property. Also on reaching, we found that the resort has no premises at all. Very little parking space too. This resort is over-priced. Generally the hotels charging more than 4000 have pool, good premises and ample parking space with nice reception.
Also, the resorts charging such rates are non-veg, Miraya is purely veg.
Miraya gives a feeling of a small quaint hotel in a village.
PLUS POINTS :
Great view.
Nice big room with toiletries
Extremely helpful and courteous staff
Nice restaurant serving delicious food
Great service
BUT if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation, Miraya is not for you. Miraya is good for a night stay to just enjoy the view from your room

Right from Check-in to Checkout, our stay at Miraya was perfect in every possible way. They have left no stone unturned to provide brilliant service. Every request was attended in a lightening speed. Sometimes 5 star property also lack this kind of efficacy.
Now come to the property. It is a small boutique hotel but every inch of the hotel is decorated in an aesthetic manner. The room is spacious, comfy , give you a posh feel and the open terrace is cherry on top. But this is the only glitch of Miraya vista rooms have a bit lack of privacy. But thank god, this time we had excellent neighbours both on our side who respected each other's privacy. So we had a wonderful stay but may be we will not be so lucky next time. They should think of making some barriers with more plants, higher fences which will make the space more beautiful & at the same time give relief from not to encounter strangers all the time, particularly the unpleasant ones. Just a piece of advice.
Otherwise we enjoyed terrace to the fullest including kids also. Watching, sunrise while having a cup of coffee, uninterrupted breathtaking parsi point view , the terrace was a sheer joy.
And special thanks to Miraya for making it a pet friendly one. People can be more frightening, make way more noise, way more mess than 4 legged. Only if everyone could realise this.
We have been to many places before with our twins. But this is the first time our kid got teary eyed & said why we are going so soon, I want to stay here for one more days !!
Thanks Miraya for making this trip so precious...

Stayed in the Miraya High room for 1D1N.
Pros:
1. The view. Really good view from the huge glass window. I guess during monsoon it would be even prettier.
2. Room was of decent size.
3. Neat n clean premise.
4. At walkable distance from the Parsi point.
Cons:
Not many actually. A few minor things:
1. The bathroom. It's clean and of decent size, but the choice of tiles color and a low power light makes it feel gloomy. The lights can simply be upgraded to a higher powered ones to make it well lit.
2. Food: The dining area is just not spacious enough. At peak hrs it feels crammed and not very pleasant to have food. Food options are limited but no complaints about the taste part. Addition of nonveg menu would be appreciated.
3. Breakfast tea: The tea served there as part of the breakfast package (not the room tea) is the worst tea I had in a few years. Only the IRCTC sleeper class tea is perhaps comparable to that. Can be improved.
4. Room service intercom: Many a times unanswered.

Have visited this property same time last year and had also given them an one to one feedback as to what things they need to improve and i must say the room service has improved but the receptionist as gone from bad to worst. He charged us extra amount for late check-out though we did not mind paying for it but he did not give us any receipt for the same and insisted tht we pay the 1500 rps charge in cash only which was something that did not go down well vth us.
Also for in-room dining no receipt of the bill was given to us at the time of checkout but card payment was accepted for that amount so we did not say anything.
Also being a returning customer there is no good hospitality shown by the person at the time of check-in and that itself is disappointing.
But yes the service staff is really good and are willing to help always.
Miraya needs to fix this person at the check in otherwise we will never return to property ever again.

+1
A small but a beautiful property. Clean. Very nice staff.
Rooms: spacious, clean, neat, well maintained. Beautiful valley and river view.
Food: Veg but superb quality. Well done chef. Breakfast and dinner we had at the same place.
Staff: front desk (both Mr Aditya and I forgot the other Marwari managers name), chefs, restaurant (dhiren and team), housekeeping (samay and team) all extremely courteous, happy to help and always there at your service. Request Mr. Veerzad to ensure continuity of this team.
Other guests: saw all other guests as well to be nice ppl good families, except our bad luck we had two women from a nice family in their 70-80s. Since the balconies are seperated using 3 feet dividers, every time you visit the balcony you are involuntarily bound to have a sight of the other rooms. They put incorrect allegations and went to the extent of using foul abusive language. We ignored them and reported this to the front office. They were kind enough to understand and keep us at comfort.
One option/advice to the management is to have higher dividers to avoid such ugly incidences in future. Although the current set up is superb and I personally liked this as it gives a feeling of openness and airy.
Shall surely recommend this place to others as well
