An excellent Hotel, with service beyond par. It is professionaly family run filled with warmth and sincerity. Guests, are given space but friendly tips on when/where to go for excursions/shopping readily offered. Competent, courteous staff are trained to extend themselves beyond daily commitments/duties. Food is beyond expectation, quality, quantity and tastewise - all whims catered to. SUPER !!! Highly recommend.

Home away from home. Unlimited service. Unlimited food , unlimited tea and KAYANI Biscuits. Food is delicious. Does not serve alcohol but you can bring all yours and they will serve you all the ice and sodas and glasses. Blessings to the management and the so helpful staff.

Awesome heritage property. Top class Hospitality. Awesome supersized food quantity and great cooking. Must visit away from the commercial hub Mahabaleshwar but close enough to it. 5****** place. Would love to return soon.

Had a wonderful time. Wonderful hosts who take personal interest in everything and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Food was yummy . Stay was worth every penny. The best part was the fact that there were absolutely no insects and the premises. Weather was beautiful and refreshing. Memorable trip. Uma Shetty

The most fabulous 3 days. We were a large group of people, with many strange requests. They happily granted all of them. Incredible staff. Fantastic food. Out of this world views! Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable.

Heritage hotel,in heart of Panchgani. We stayed for three nights and was a family tour.We had booked 4 rooms in Woodside villa.It was an amazing experience. Monsoon had been at climax in the area with light to heavy showers throughout the day with clouds passing through the hotel area.Tall oak trees with other plantation had been mesmerizing. Clean rooms with heritage furniture had been very well maintained. The hospitality had been awesome and unforgettable. We all had been vegetarian, so all the three days, delicious vegetarian food was served.The food was very tasty.Strawberry jam and tomato dry fruit pickle were very delicious. We also purchased homemade strawberry jam bottles from the hotel.

Heritage Hotel (made in 1912) with Great Hospitality, Superb location and Fantastic Food is the perfect combination for a memorable relaxing holiday. Prospect Hotel is 25 room property, with all amenities, swimming pool and children's game room, The variety of tasty food served here is perfect and the service in the Restaurant is top notch. The comfortable and homely atmosphere is very inviting. We will surely visit again. Many Thanks.

I visited this resort with my family. We booked two rooms as we were 3 adults plus three kids. The exterior of the resort takes you in British era, this resort is there from 1912. They have maintained it perfectly which is really a task. It is unlike a corporate resort, no rigid formality of check in n all. We arrived at resort on 14th afternoon, and were warmly received. We booked poolside cottages as kids were mainly interested in swimming. After arriving at resort kids immediately dived in the pool . Food deserves a special mention. Menu is crafted with perfection, food tastes amazing. Not typical roti nan manchurian but ghee rice, dal, cutlets , variety of soups and tasty Subjis and strawberry with fresh cream… Property is beautiful and they have made good sit outs where you can relax after meals. We were fortunate to have full moon.. and what a sight it was..Owner Shahnawab personally supervises over administration. The climate is good . what more in life you want? They charge 5000 per person per day , as meals are included. It is worth every penny . I am still in the resort while I write this. I shall surely come back.…

Right from the moment we entered the property we knew it was special..and we were right. Being a heritage property (founded in 1912) Prospect has an old worldly charm. Beautiful flowers and greenery throughout the property with a thousand birds chirping away, transports you to a different world - away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Spread over a few acres this property has quite a lot of rooms and cottages. In spite of being 110 years old, it is maintained impeccably well. The rooms are well appointed, with a mix of heritage and modernity. And just when we had thought that the property was the best part of the place, the kitchen staff made us think twice! The food just took our breath away. With a wide variety of Veg and Non-veg dishes at every meal you just wished you could bring an extra stomach on rent so that you could do justice to the quality and quantity of food served. Thirdly, the hospitality - again excellent. Right from the owners to every member of the staff, everyone treats you as a very valued guest and ensures your stay is not only very comfortable but also memorable. They also grow their own strawberries on their farm - which they serve you in the form of strawberries n cream and also strawberry juice which are yummy.. You can also purchase strawberries and jam on your way back home. If you are an antique lover you will love this place since they have quite a few antiques that date back a 100 years. Also a huge collection of books greets you at the property. There is also a play room with table tennis, carrom and kids football. We are surely going back to Prospect very soon..not just once, but multiple times!…

We went to Prospect Panchgani on the recommendation of friends. We all fell in love with the place from the word go. Located slightly below the table top of Panchgani in green thick forest is this jewel of a place. Ample parking is available. We had two well appointed and maintained double occupancy cabins next to the pool. Cheerful welcome at reception. Pool water was rather cold in this weather. The 3 meals are included in the tariff and lunch was rather sumptuous. Tasty and well cooked. Service was also very good and so was the ambience and cleanliness of the dining room. Tea and cookies are served in the room and yet the room has tea service and kettle. Some walking trails were recommended by the staff and we had a tough climb to the table top. Dinner was great as was breakfast the following day. Bathroom has hot and cold water with enough force. Towels were nice and clean. My wife and or friends just loved it.…
