We went to Prospect Panchgani on the recommendation of friends. We all fell in love with the place from the word go. Located slightly below the table top of Panchgani in green thick forest is this jewel of a place. Ample parking is available. We had two well appointed and maintained double occupancy cabins next to the pool. Cheerful welcome at reception. Pool water was rather cold in this weather. The 3 meals are included in the tariff and lunch was rather sumptuous. Tasty and well cooked. Service was also very good and so was the ambience and cleanliness of the dining room. Tea and cookies are served in the room and yet the room has tea service and kettle. Some walking trails were recommended by the staff and we had a tough climb to the table top. Dinner was great as was breakfast the following day. Bathroom has hot and cold water with enough force. Towels were nice and clean. My wife and or friends just loved it.

Heritage Hotel (made in 1912) with Great Hospitality, Superb location and Fantastic Food is the perfect combination for a memorable relaxing holiday. Prospect Hotel is 25 room property, with all amenities, swimming pool and children's game room, The variety of tasty food served here is perfect and the service in the Restaurant is top notch. The comfortable and homely atmosphere is very inviting. We will surely visit again. Many Thanks.

I visited this resort with my family. We booked two rooms as we were 3 adults plus three kids. The exterior of the resort takes you in British era, this resort is there from 1912. They have maintained it perfectly which is really a task. It is unlike a corporate resort, no rigid formality of check in n all. We arrived at resort on 14th afternoon, and were warmly received. We booked poolside cottages as kids were mainly interested in swimming. After arriving at resort kids immediately dived in the pool . Food deserves a special mention. Menu is crafted with perfection, food tastes amazing. Not typical roti nan manchurian but ghee rice, dal, cutlets , variety of soups and tasty Subjis and strawberry with fresh cream… Property is beautiful and they have made good sit outs where you can relax after meals. We were fortunate to have full moon.. and what a sight it was..Owner Shahnawab personally supervises over administration. The climate is good . what more in life you want?
They charge 5000 per person per day , as meals are included. It is worth every penny . I am still in the resort while I write this. I shall surely come back.

We stayed n Prospect hotel Panchgani for 2 nights. Room was little small but the it was very clean. Bathroom was comfortable. All the meals were fabulous. It was always more than what we can eat. Everyday there was different menu. It was a trip for my wife's birthday. When I mentioned that to Mrs Javanmardi (owner) , she immediately took the responsibility of buying flower bouquet as well as cake for my wife as a complement from hotel. It was a very nice and sweet gesture. She also arranged for lunch on departure day for a very reasonable price as well as late check-out. All the staff in Prospects are very friendly and accommodative . Overall me and my family really enjoyed the hospitality and planning to go back again.

A short weekend stay – rather too short for our liking – took us back to an age and era of an old world charm.
The property is beautiful and historic. Built in the 1912, it has been s maintained to retain its heritage – the paintings, furniture, carpets, curios, furniture that take you right back in time, when horse drawn carriages outnumbered motor cars. The rooms are decently large and the toilet modern with quality toiletries. The food was delectable and the service excellent. We are vegetarians but we understand the Parsi cuisine is outstanding here. I had ordered bread pudding for my grandson at short notice , and the staff was obliging to bring in the same.
A pleasurable conversation with the Owners Mr Shahram and his very amiable son Aadib who chatted with us about the hotel from its origins and the expanse of its property. We could infer that most of the guests staying at this hotel are regulars.
We picked up some excellent strawberry jam nicely bottled. Out of this world !
If peace and quietude is your preferred choice, then Prospect Hotel is your place of stay in Panchgani.

We visited Hotel Prospect with our family post Diwali and it was an amazing experience, right from the stay to absolutely lip smacking food to the most helping staff and owners, can’t praise them enough!! The owners and staff always ready to say yes to all the requests and our kids really loved the place. The old world charm of the place is amazing along with all the modern facilities. We are already talking about going back!!!

Prospect is a beautiful property tucked away amidst the greens in Panchgani. We had an exceptional stay. Felt we were transported to a different world! Very warm and helpful staff. Every meal was delectable and every effort was made to keep the menu varied. The colonial architecture and the old world charm made this place so very special. Freshly brewed tea served in the sit out with birds chirping will forever stay etched in my memory. Will definitely visit again.

Google has made a mistake, Prospect hotel is nothing shy of a 5 star hotel. The property is beautiful with cottage like rooms that are a refreshing blend of traditional and modern architecture. Unlike most hotels, they provide SMART TVs in the rooms with all the OTT platforms. The best part, like a traditional hotel in panchghani, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be included in the room package. The food is homely and incredibly flavourful without excess oil and added preservatives. This is my first visit here but I am gonna keep coming back and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a budget friendly place.

An excellent Hotel, with service beyond par. It is professionaly family run filled with warmth and sincerity. Guests, are given space but friendly tips on when/where to go for excursions/shopping readily offered. Competent, courteous staff are trained to extend themselves beyond daily commitments/duties. Food is beyond expectation, quality, quantity and tastewise - all whims catered to. SUPER !!! Highly recommend.

The best place to visit and stay when in panchgani.. From amazing rooms to lip smacking food,Prospect hotel has it all. The resort ambience is at its best feels like home..
The hotel has preserve its heritage and its worth watching the antquies of the good old days as its established since 1912..
The resort is surrounded with lush greenery around it feels between the nature..Hotel staff is very courteous and polite,the service is very prompt too.
