Detailed Reviews
We planned a week long stay in this hotel when the second wave was approaching the city. To be honest, before reaching to the hotel, we were a little worried about the sanitisation that the hotel will provide. But, to our great relief all the sanitisation protocols were duly followed and we felt assured about our safety and well being.
Rooms: Rooms were well designed and you could feel the luxury in the furnishings. Beds are comfortable and cozy. The upkeep and maintenance is really up to the mark. Washrooms were spotless clean and fragrant. The in-hotel-facilities, the hospitality, and the treatment we got were the best.
Restaurants: We really appreciate that they have separate kitchens for vegetarian and non vegitarian food. The food was delicious, everyday we ordered something new and it surely tickled our taste buds. Such a delight!
I specially appreciate the attitude of the staff towards the guests.
This hotel provided a really memorable experience in this pandemic. We are glad that we planned our stay with Hotel Green Olive.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, changing all linens each day, There was more than enough complimentary bottles of water brought to the room every day. Bathrooms very clean and modern. English written newspaper delivered each morning. Front desk arranged transports to sights and airport with safe, reliable, friendly drivers (no charge for transport from airport to hotel). Restaurant was good, with varied menu, good quality food and highly trained staff. Overall, the hotel was efficiently run and a pleasure to stay in.

+1
I had selected this hotel based solely on the reviews published in various web portals, like Agoda, Trip Advisor and Google maps. I wasn't disappointed.
Visited with my family and adult children during the second week of August 22 and stayed for three nights.
The hotel is located slightly away from the Central Bus stand. But it was not a deal breaker.
Hotel is about eight years old but looks spanking new inside, including the lift, the walls and the ceilings, due to superb maintenance.
The first thing I noticed was that ALL members of the staff were wearing masks ALL the time.
Rooms are spacious and all of the furniture, fixtures and fittings in the room and the bathroom looked new and well designed.
Hotel has a bar and a restaurant. The bar menu looked a bit on the expensive side. Hence did not try.
Tried d'Curry House, the restaurant, which provided really excellent food, both in quality and quantity. We had Malaysian Chicken Soup , American Chop Suey, Makki ki Roti, Sarson da Saag, Egg Curry and Tandoori Roti. All of us ate different items. Total cost of dinner for the four of us came to Rs 1900/-, just to give you an idea.. Restaurant service was extremely good. The shot glass full of sweet paan juice at the end of the meal was a great touch.
Breakfast was complimentary for us and it was nice and adequate even though the buffet spread was somewhat limited in variety.
Will definitely recommend this place to anyone at anytime.

A pleasant hotel located close to the railway station and (just) within walking distance of the city centre.
The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the staff are generally helpful. Although the hotel fronts a busy road, the rooms are quiet. The main (but still minor) snag was a lack of hot water early in the morning.
There are two restaurants, one serving only Maharashtrian vegetarian thali. Both were good, although the service in main restaurant was a bit idiosyncratic. Breakfast starts at 7.00 am - very necessary for those (like us) using Aurangabad as a base for visiting Ajanta and Ellora.
I would certainly consider this hotel if I were ever to visit Aurangabad again.

Everyone who is planning to stay, please do read it.
You get much better service and quality when you pay that kind of a price. The regular Indian standards are much higher, they are just fooling with ratings and overseas tourist must take well care before booking.
This hotel is a complete disappointment. Do not go by rating as nothing is as per picture shown.
My stay was extremely short and very I am glad that I never extended it even though at booking time seriously thinking of.
The price they charge nowhere matches with the services both in reference to food and service.
Since they are getting good business, arrogance has gone in the heads of all senior management though the junior staff is nice.
I checked in at 9:30 PM and was to leave next day early morning around eightish.
Since we were tired, ignored the basic problems:
1. Washroom did not have shower caps
2. Sound proofing is very poor, you could hear all traffic sounds in the rooms facing road
3. There were no slippers
4. Even though we were a couple, they only provided 1 towel, which was latter replenished with a second one
5. Bed was not made properly as all accessories were not removed
6. Toilet was not cleaned well, half job done
Since we were extremely tired, we ignored them.
Breakfast is just very very ok kinds. I do not know what people are admiring about it. It is a very basic breakfast with minimum dishes and nothing good about them. They only decorate tables well but the quality of breakfast is sub standard.
There are much better options with this kind of tariff.
Another shock came at the time of Checkout.
Since a person sleeps, saliva is bound to come and put little stain on pillow cover. To my shock, they put the the cover on reception table, ridiculing me and demanding to pay an exorbitant price.
Ms. Yogita was at the reception and this was really embarrassing. I asked her to speak to some senior and she made me speak on mobile to Mr. Amit Khan who was more rude and blunt, and she later told me that he was front desk manger.
I requested her to make me speak to GM, as informed, Mr. Lakshman Patil, on which she replied that he has refused to speak.
With no options, left, finally paid and left. It is not a matter of few hundred bucks but the attitude of the hotel.
I would again request everyone to AVOID it completely particularly my overseas friends.

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. Our hotel is known for its professional hospitality / cleanliness / hygiene and services provided by our diligent associates, however, All is about the charges what we charged you for pillow cover, We are very clear with our services, the room was up-to-date and its our daily routine we check the room twice in a day before giving to the guest, our complimentary breakfast menu is as per standard, And our staff was very polite, we never talk rudely to our guest, And want to clarify that it was a non-removable stains on the pillow cover and for that we charged you a minimum amount.

A great cheap hotel and an ideal base to visit Aurangabad with ample access to taxi and tut-tut. Get a taxi from the airport or station.
The rooms were large and very clean and tidy and I had a extremely large double bed and the showers were fabulous, high pressure and very hot.
Lifts to all rooms and the hotel was very secure.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is on a busy road and the pavement and lighting is poor and not easy if you have poor mobility.
Great places to eat nearby-by and the hotel has its own restaurant where I had breakfast and it was wholesome and filling.
I went to Bhoj Thali where you can only get veg Thali but it's great and where they constantly top you up until you are stuffed. Also they only provide water. The cost was no more than R400. There was also a Dosa cafe outside the Siddarth Zoo where I got Dosa and a drink for around R200 and was great food. There is also a shop nearby to by drink, chocolate etc.
Take a taxi to the Ellora Caves which cost me about R650 each way and I had a great day there.
I would certainly use this hotel again.

This place punches way above its weight! Its got most if not all things right. From the outside one might miss it as an 'also ran' hotel but it needs to be experienced. Probably the only downside is the tight car park but thats about it. Skillful drivers of the hotel manage it very well.
A modest 3* hotel. No frills, no nonsense. But spanking rooms, well appointed, quiet with excellent sleep quality. Especially rooms not facing the road. If you're super sensitive to sound then ask for rooms behind. Otherwise sound proofing is faab.
Food at all rest is fantastic and soft on the pocket. Room service top notch. RO water on request no charge. Brekky is sufficient whether one is on business or tourism. Maratha mutton thali fantastic. Could serve better fish instead of bassa. Very quick room service. Beer in the bar only for single males or males only. Or dial in, in the room. Good bar. Reasonable.
Highly recommended for upto 3nights stay. More if you wish.
Hot water is an issue once morning passes by.
Electricity tripped in my room first night 3am. Called 9. They asked me to remove n reinsert card. Second attempt all ok.

For those wondering, yes hot water is an issue, all of us had cold water bath on a crisp February morning but other than this water thing, everything about the hotel is great.
Stay was comfortable. I had some request for baby food which were promptly met.
We had an issue with the mattress, but they put up an extra bed for us thus solving our problem without any extra charge. The restaurant on the first floor serves awesome food. Try begum bahar , we love that dish :)

We flew into Aurangabad on the last fligt of the night and then wrangled for a taxi to the hotel. We had no idea where we were going and it seemed a bit distant from the airport. When we arrived we were a bit frazzled but the gentlemen at the front desk was so warm and welcoming that our irritation quickly faded.
Our room was lovely, clean and everything worked well....nice. We had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was a mix of Indian and western but more Indian. We like the Indian breakfast but in this case we found it a bit oily. We still "tucked in" as we were hungry.
Overall this is a nice place to stay and they were very helpful arranging our next day's transport to the Ellora Caves.

We booked 3 nights at the Green Olive hotel knowing we would be arriving in the early hours due to an overnight train - our train arrived 90 mins late but the driver sent to collect us, Jameel, waited patiently.
We have been very well serviced by driver Jameel Khan with day trips to Ajanta and Ellora caves with recommendations for breaks in his air conditioned car. He has been prompt, helpful and informative. Contact 9822953718
We have enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and our very clean AC twin room with a large shower room.

Hey,
I guess its best if you call the property directly. Aurangabad as a city relies more on house parties. But I won't be surprised if the hotel is planning a do. Get in touch with them.

No, 24 hours Check in and check out facility is not available. But they do accomodate specific requests of late check out, as most of the return flights leave Aurangabad in the evening
