Meet Mohan... The person who personally ensures I get hygienic and tasty meals of my choice in Breakfast and dinner. The Fern team has been increasingly guest oriented and caring especially during these tough times in India.
Sleep quality is superb with zero external noise and comfortable beds. Locality used to be a happening place before pandemic with a theatre and many restaurants nearby. Hope it will become one again.

We were a group of 16 and booked 7 rooms for 3 nights from 20 th March to 23 Rd March.The booking process was smooth and their reservation manager D.Kumari promptly blocked the rooms and sent the reservation vouchers.The check in process was smooth and quick.The hotel rooms were clean and the housekeeping was excellent.Rooms were stocked with sufficient mineral water bottles and replaced everyday.The breakfast had a good spread of continental,North Indian and South Indian dishes.Service in the restaurant during breakfast was good and dishes like dosas were delivered at the table. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location .For those who want to eat out there are couple of restaurants within 100metres.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fern Residence Aurangabad and will recommend it to our friends visiting Ajanta and Ellora. Our return flight was early in the morning and we checked out at 5 AM.They promptly packed 16 individual bags with sandwiches and fruits.The staff were courteous. Friends from Chennai.

Our stay at The Fern Residency was excellent . The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. From their kebabs to their sandwiches ,the food was not only mouth watering but also reasonably priced. I especially,looked forward to the breakfast every morning because of their excellent buffet . But the best part of the stay was the service . Everybody from housekeeping to room service was prompt and courteous . Special thanks to Mohan and Piklu for their efforts to make our stay extra special and comfortable .
Fern Residency is also extremely well located . Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance and there’s an Inox right next to the hotel for any movie buffs out there . It’s also just 12 mins from the airport.

With very good, friendly and responsive service, well appointed large rooms (though showing signs of wear), a more than decent restaurant and bar, and ample parking, The Fern Residency in Aurangabad offers plenty value for the money. Situated in a new, more modern and moneyed part of Aurangabad, The Fern is close to shopping and business districts as well as many good restaurants and movie theatres..
While The Fern's management has tried to keep up the hotel maintenance, cracks have begun to show, probably as a result of the COVID related downturn.
The rooms are large and well appointed, but I couldn't use the window at all because of a filthy under-construction building right opposite it, so no sunlight. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary trimmings (good soaps, shampoos etc., good shower area, a hair dryer) but the fittings were showing their age (there was no hot water in the basin in my room, the flush was leaky, the door was caked with hard water residue. The TV was a disappointment. There were no international news channels on offer.
The swimming pool though, is merely a check box, reeking of chlorine with nary a swimmer in sight.

The rooms were excellent, good sized, well decorated with excellent ammenities. The double shower in the club rooms in particular after a long day of sightseeing is a blessing. Service was always with a smile and staff was well trained. Breakfast had a good spread and quality of food was good. Once again service was excellent.

I recently visited fern residency Aurangabad, and here's what I experienced during my stay there. So I booked a room called winter green with Ibibo in fern residency Aurangabad and I m quit surprised by the service I literally checked into the room within two minutes. As a couple traveller I really hate to wait in the lobby for too long for check in procedure the reception guy named Sahil is an absolute gem I mean the way he helped me throughout my stay although it was short it was unbelievable I was so impressed by his attending nature and polite behaviour that whenever I called the desk I use to ask for this guy.. this hotel is completely safe for couple travellers, it's budget friendly and rooms are quite comfortable and spacious too only thing I missed in this room called winter green is ceiling fan although it is centrally air-conditioned I barely felt the air coming through the vents . Food from the restaurant is tasty.. room service is quick and responsive they also accept local ID's and will keep your booking information private and discreet. All in all good hotel to spend some quality time with your family and loved one ..

The Fern is a home away from home, luxurious, spacious, elegant and safe. The front desk is very warm and welcoming, especially the cheerful smiles and chivalry of Sahil and Azim are refreshing. The restaurant has a healthy atmosphere with beautiful background music, Sunil and his team can feed you with what your heart desires. The rooms are welcoming after an entire day of work and fatigue. To top it all, if you get to meet their sales manager, Tanveer Hussain, the stay is paid off. On our trip to Aurangabad, we decided to stay at The Fern, Residency. The check in was hassle free, the room was clean and spacious, the linens were all clean. The washroom and shower cubicle were all clean with toiletries made available. The breakfast was buffet spread, and the choice of American and continental was by far the best we encountered amongst all the hotels that we have stayed so far. We would definitely rate the breakfast spread on par with 5star hotel. But we would definitely like to commend the staff at the hotel be it the housekeeping, restaurant, all had a smile on their faces and warmly greeted us particularly Jajong at the restaurant and Mudit in the front office who briefed us on the places to visit. Overall a satisfying and enjoyable trip to The Fern Residency, Aurangabad. Well done everyone..look forward to another trip some time in the future.

Stayed at Fern residency , Aurangabad on Christmas as transit for one night. Rooms are quite spacious , very comfortable. Had the Christmas dinner buffet at Riwaaz restaurant and it was awesome , vast spread , very tasty , well presented , well-priced. Had a lovely experience . The breakfast next morning was equally good in terms of service , taste , menu options , live counter.
We transit at Aurangabad many times during long road trips and will definitely stay here next time as well.
Rooms were a little over priced but that can be attributed to the Christmas weekend and huge demand.

Nice and safe stay, staff was polite and humble. Food quality was nice and on time. One observation - In room coffee or tea maker was available but Milk powder was out of Stock.
