Hotel located in main area. Hotel staff was very coprative very helpful they provide welcome drink it was very tasty. Staff was very attentive. We stayed in this hotel .hotel service was excellent amenities was very good restaurant ambiance was really good .food was very delicious special dinner buffet and breakfast buffet we really enjoyed our stay swimming pool was very big and gym also very good . Reception staff was very helpful specially Ms Aparna was very helpful she give us each and every information mr bhagat was very kind person he handles us very well give us good service thankyou soo much fern we will come again here with our whole family.....

We stayed there for 2 night and we really enjoyed our stay. aparna at front desk was very helpful, Jyoti in restaurant was always smiling. Dinner Buffet has good spread. They also a car for us for Ajanta Caves. overall good stay.

Fabulous stay at was amazing experience with the fun Aurangabad this was my first visit everything was prefect check in was very smooth got the room as per my preference, well maintained room with good Ambience Restaurant services also very good having good buffet and tasty food specially non veg was excellent 👌 Staff are very polite and helpful always ready to help nature.... Thanks to Bhagat Mehta for his hospitality during my stay he arranged local sightseeing for us....

The Fern was an OK stay, nothing special, some very bad, some very good and OK points. The hotel was very presentable but on closer inspection it was tired and in need of some attention. The swimming pool was having construction work inside and was not a relaxing environment. The gym was mediocre at best, great freeweights selection, a bike, bench, and treadmill, which for tall people was dangerous as the ceiling was lower behind and could easily cause a head injury, Air con didn't work. Beware the lifts. We were stuck in one for 30 mins as they struggled to get it working. The power was also cut off, which caused 1 of us great anxiety on top of the lift not working, no emergency lighting. There was no positive response to our experience and we had to fight for a complementary meal and glass of orange juice. The rooms were neat, and the tidy shower was good. However, the room was not turned around for our return. Breakfast was OK, buffet was OK, however, limited for international users of the restaurant. The great point and reason for 3 stars, was a majority of the staff, this doesn't include the senior and managerial individuals. The service in the restaurant, security and porters was outstanding. Look out for Ahmed the chef, R.D., Evy and in particular Jyoti, they were very very professional and made our eating and restaurant experience excellent. Well done for employing such focused individuals. Would do well in the UK guest services and corporate function service industry. Watch out for low ceilings in corridors, if tall, whilst talking I didn't notice a low ceiling, this caused a head injury as I walked into it. Overall a slightly better than average stay, mainly due to front house/facing staff.…

Reception staff are very good they welcome you with a smile and welcome drink. They provide us with early check in. Restaurant food and service was up to mark and they serve you with a smile. The pool is in closed location. Overall good stay
