I really enjoyed my stay. All the precautions were taken from the store. Rooms were sanitized after every used restaurant were following sanitation process. Front desk person Saurabh and shubhash were maintaining the social distancing among the guest too while checking in and check out Thanks for making my stay joyful and safe.

We stayed here for about a week and I must say it was a nice comfortable stay. The staff was very courteous and eager to help. Particularly helpful were house keeping staff Mr Rahul and Mr. Devaji who were always available at request. The room itself was clean and nice. The only issue we faced was with the bathroom phone which would start beeping on speaker mode for no reason. It happened more than once and we had to get it removed. Other thing I really want them to add is Children's play area. The beauty parlor located within the hotel could improve it's services. My wife complained the services were not up to the mark and not value for money. Also they didn't accept international credit card which is an inconvenience.

Would like to say this is the first stay and first conference at Rama and it's just awesome visit. The rooms are properly sanitised and the food at the site hall was really mouth watering. Booked hotel with quite flight hopes from ITC brand but it was quite dull.. 1) welcome and front desk - quite rude and not even 2* hotels or govt. hotels give so lowside welcome. 2) welcome drink was not offered, even didn’t give water even after asking 3) Rooms are good but people come for experience in 5* not just for room 4) Food prices are over over priced as per Aurangabad city. Image even a simple vegetable is 650+ tax and 270+tax for a tea 5) Only few free channels are available on TV..
All in all not recommended hotel at the price they charge..

One of the best stays I have had in recent times. The staff are very courteous, happy to go extra mile to help. We wanted something in restaurant which was not in menu but chef came personally to understand our requirement and prepared it tastefully, the weekend live music at restaurant was very soothing. We highly appreciate gesture, attitude and guidance by front desk staff Krushna who took very good care of our needs throughout.
24 hour check in -Check out policy was really helpful and a great move by the hotel.
- : Breakfast could have been slightly better but no complaints and it was value for money.

Aurangabad is not the tourist mecca of India. So don't expect any of the hotels here to be too high end. Since most tourists go here to see the caves, not much time is spent at the hotel. The rooms are clean and looks like recently renovated. It's a relatively large hotel that primarily caters to tour groups and local business men. The dinner buffet is heavy on the Indian food and was pretty spicy. It wasn't very tasty. Breakfast was okay but the whole atmosphere was rather institutional. Pool was pretty cold but it felt nice after a long day at the caves.

The rooms are not up to a 5 star standard. The small details like the door to the bathroom not in a good state, shower stopped while one is taking a shower and goes from tepid to cold to hot in seconds, toiletries at a very minimum etc... WiFi connections are available free for 2 devices only, after that one has to pay. Otherwise the Hotel is very good. Breakfast and the food (dinners) were very good. Check-out is 24 hrs after check-in, which is a very good and appreciable feature.

I think this is a great hotel specially hospitality from the staff is commendable. Mr Shrikant GM is very courteous and was very accommodative to some of our special requests. Mr Saurabh at front desk is very helpful. Food has been delicious and housekeeping staff ( Mr Gautm) are very helpful. While my stay continues at this place and will update on my experience later as well, but couldn't resist to review as the experience has been super post pandemic.
Rooms are comfortable, linen is good. Spacious rooms with ample sunlight has made our staycation memorable yet. More to come.

It was my second visit and was better than the one before. This time it was personal visit with family where I was not sure if business hotel can be family friendly. Having seen sanitization protocol followed by property made us feel in safe hands.
Thanks to Mr. Subhash (once again) for making family comfortable while we checked-in and giving my son a surprise by allocating room with bathtub. Having seen my son dancing with joy made our evening happening and memorable.

The reason behind this is that the primary guest should be an adult. In this case they are not.If only they are travelling I don't think it will be possible to a book a room. If they are travelling with any adults so room can be booked against those adults and they adjust within the groups and they both can stay in the same room
