The bathroom pipes and the bath tub needs a major upgrade as there we leakages multiple times. The plumbing staff visited 3 times but the leakage problem remains. Ideally, on the first instance of our complaint the hotel staff should have offered us a different room but it did not happen! This is something to learn from and add to the Radisson experience. The rooms were booked and the Radisson was chosen by the kids as they wanted pool and bath tub after a hot outing or safari. Also, did not get an upgrade as I was told that the rooms were on renovation or maintenance!. Overall, I did not feel that i was treated how a Radisson Gold member should be treated. For example, the hotel could have offered us a breakfast by the pool or dinner in the open(small gestures of making it special). Despite the feedback above, I would like to highly appreciate the Temple Cafe staff for the food and accommodating our requests. As we were group of 3 adults and 5 children (12-17 yrs old) and so, the kids were happy with food and service. The pool facilities are good and the water was chlorinated in balance (again this is the feedback from kids as they are all swimmers).

It's great when in India you can get a rest in a clean place with non-spicy food alternatives as well. We were in Khajuraho in 2017 and this hotel was a haven for us as after 2 weeks we could be in a superclean room, have scrambled eggs & pancakes for breakfast and have a drink at the bar. Everything in this hotel was 5* for me, the food, the service. It was for me almost ridiculously luxurious experience as our driver called to the hotel that we are coming in from trip at nature/desert so dusty & sandy place. And when we came, there were people waiting for us at the entrance with wet towels so we can clean our face & hands as soon as possible. In short words this hotel is elegant, simple and quiet. Raddison brand somewhat keeps its mark here too. If you want a place to relax with quiet space from city for a day or two this place is what best suits. Hotel property is quite big. The best thing I like is of all the Raddison hotels I have visited, those have that structure like big building with many floors. But this one is quite different. It has only ground and 1st floor. This is how the hotel is built in its entirety. Though you can differ the hospitality from others Raddison from metros and big cities but that was fine for me. The property offers only 2 room types : delux room and delux suits. I visited the hotel on my wedding anniversary. I booked for delux room on higher floor. I got a room with pool view which was really nice to live. Room has all the basic amenities. Swimming pool is large with max depth of approx 5ft. Kids pool is also there. Hotel has pool table, chess sitting, badminton court, volleyball court, Spa and Gym. Hotel also has a shopping complex though it was closed during my visit. Breakfast is good with enough choices. Since I visited when international tourism is inoperative so maybe when it is operational you can get better choices. For couples, hotel offers anniversary package comprising of a pool side candle light dinner with food & a drink & a cake and room decoration with flowers, balloons and candles. The package is priced at 5k which as per my opinion is quite expensive. So I rather opted to have a candle light dinner on outside parch of restaurant which is fine though it is not private space. You can find other people also celebrating 😁 Since I was finding hard to get recent pictures of the property and rooms. Sharing some recent pictures of almost entire property.

We were very excited about our trip t o Khujraho. One of the main attraction was to stay in a five star property and to enjoy their hospitality .On the arrival it self we got a sense that it is not going to be the same as we expected. A big wedding was going on in hotel and the lobby was a big mess..We collected our room keys and went straight to our rooms and to our surprise the view from our room was a barren field and a cemented terrace .The room's were not having basic amenities ,toiletries and bathroom slippers .The room were a bit dusty as well. You have to call and ask them for any thing you need .The reason manager gave was due to covid they were not providing them but at the same time they have a big gathering. The pool was not for use and filled with contaminated water. We met with manager and asked if the experience will be going to be same then he gave some government order as a reason for the sub standard service. We specifically asked if the breakfast will be any good then he assured that it will be good. To our expectations the breakfast was a trimmed down version of what they usually serve. As we were sharing the same breakfast as wedding guests they must have got at good discount and it was something you get in some 2 start property .If have to give explanation to even get boiled eggs . The property need serious restoration as two of our bathroom got chocked in morning. My only advice is to stop serving normal guests if you are having wedding or make a seperate arrangements so that you don't spoil someone else experience at the expense of other.

The stay at the hotel was great with decent food and great quality service, the hotel staff was always on point with all enquires and requests. We had come there for a destination wedding and the hotel proved to be the best venue we could have asked for.
Vijendra and staff are very helpful and polite while being very effective. We saw a lot of European tourists arriving alongside at the venue and the hotel being full at capacity and everyone being happy there

Radisson Jass Khajuraho is a beautiful building not just from outside but from inside as well. The best part is it is conveniently located from Western group of temples in Khajuraho, which is a big plus. The hotel staff Mr. Harsh (Manager), Mr. Ranjeet (Head Chef) and Mr Deepak and others make a good team and looked after us really well during our stay. This was our first visit after stricter phase of Corona and the way the staff has maintained a strict vigil over cleanliness, sanitisation work that is commendable and strengthened our confidence. Since we did not want to eat anything from outside, the food at Radisson took us by surprise. Its signature dish Palak kofta is very good. The other part which is also good is that the hotel is also conveniently located if some one wants to plan safari at Panna Tiger reserve. It is only 30 minutes distance from her. My only suggestion to the management is to provide drivers' room which will be a big addition to its USP.

Stayed for 3 nights from 29-31st Dec. It was not a pleasant stay at all
1. restaurant refused to serve coffee one evening.
2. would not recommend anyone to stay in the rooms 216-220(ones just above the lobby adjacent to the spiral staircase) , the entire day you would hear the lobby music , people roaming around and disturb your peace.
3.Electric wiring had an issue and the lights were fluctuating the entire night and there was some weird noise all night just below the AC, had to call electrician in the morning to fix it.
4. Flush was leaking in the bathroom in all day , so much water was wasted and we had to call the plumber to fix it.
5. At checkout , they messed up the payment & entered an incorrect amount in the card machine , fortunately it was lesser than my bill. Coordination of the front desk guys was horrible.
The breakfast buffet was decent, overall the property is pretty , the pool looked awesome & was quite tempting to take a dip

Spent 3 nights on the property. Very satisfactory experience. Ambience, attitude, safety, location, hygiene.. all very good. The breakfast spread was plentiful but average in terms of taste...but we weren't there to enjoy the cuisine. The professional and courteous behaviour of the staff needs special mention. The manager Mr. Vivek leads from the front. Regarding rooms..we stayed in a room on the first floor with a magnificent view of the pool and the lawns. It was very nice. Our room had no connecting door with any other and so can't really comment on an observation in an earlier review that the connecting door resulted in annoying noise from the adjoining room. The only disadvantage is the hotel does not have a lift... not much needed though given that its only two floors and the stairway is wide and easy to navigate. Guests with physical disabilities though may have to be content with rooms on the ground floor is all. The hotel also has a well maintained gym, spa , pool table and all. Altogether it was indeed a very pleasant 3 nights we spend at the hotel. Thank you Radisson Jass. Would certainly visit again and also without hesitation recommend to friends and family

Well...it is a 5 Star for the good hospitality and an overall great time that we had on our Anniversary in Nov2019. Khajuraho is a small place and so location is never an issue. The Hotel was nice, we got an upgrade to a twin-room suite and had a great time. Dinner and B'fast was good, The evening drinks and snacks in their lounge was good. You have to remember that by a small heritage town standards, this Hotel, and in fact several others in Khajuraho, are very nice.
