I received a very warm welcome from the staff during a very cold time of year. Each and every one of the staff members was very helpful, welcoming, and pleasant to me. They each -from the general manager & reception staff to the housekeepers, groundskeeper, IT specialist Kamlesh, dining room servers & maitre d’ Bhagwat, and doorman Javindra (whom I recognized from my previous stay in 2019) wanted to do whatever they could to make me feel more comfortable. Server Biprajit in the breakfast room was especially attentive and I enjoyed a good bit of conversation with him as well. That helped me start off my mornings very pleasantly! I was there during an unexpected cold snap. Receptionist Anjali offered me a small space heater to take the chill off the air. That made a big difference and comfort to the room. Room director Geeta saw to it that everything was in tip top order in my room from plenty of hot water for showers to baggage storage when I needed that prior to check out. I’m rather challenged when it comes to electronics, but IT specialist Kamlesh was very attentive to assure a good, strong WiFi signal and (to me) baffling tv controls. Great guy! This was my second stay at LaLit Temple View and it won’t be my last should I get another chance to visit in Khajuraho. I highly recommend a stay at the LaLit Hotel Temple View .

My wife and I went in a group of more than 25 people, the welcome was spectacular. They managed the quick check in and our room was in the main building. Huge room and bathroom, super comfortable bed and different types of pillows to ensure you sleep well.
It is a very quiet place, very clean and with a spectacular pool that we enjoyed alone. As soon as they see you enter, they bring you towels and offer you drinks on the sun loungers (a luxury). For women, the use of bikinis is allowed!!
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the temple complex, very safe to go and return at night.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I had gone with my mom, sister, and adorable twin niece and nephew. It marked the first outing for the kids at just four months old, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They even arranged for a crib to be installed in our room, ensuring the children's comfort. We took the hotel cab and guide to the Khajuraho temple early morning before breakfast. Knowing we won't have had anything to eat my then, the hotel thoughtfully packed some fruits and cold water bottles to help us beat the heat. At one point, my sister had to return to the hotel with my niece as it was really warm, the driver graciously agreed to make two trips since we were all in one car. As anyone who has traveled with infants knows, it requires frequent washing and sterilizing of bottles. The hotel staff provided assistance with this as well, even late at night, as we only carried a couple of bottles for the twins. It would be a miss if I didn't mention the amazing food. I highly recommend trying the Poha, which a staff member specially got made for my mother during breakfast. This small gesture made a big impact.
I apologize for the length of this review, but I simply cannot express enough how pleased I was with my stay and the outstanding hospitality at The Lalit. It was truly a memorable trip for the entire family, especially since it was the first one with my niece and nephew. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is immediately adjacent to the archeology museum and a very short distance to the vast temple complex of Khajuraho, so the location is impossible to beat. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the welcome is that of an honoured guest. The rooms are scrupulously clean and beautifully appointed. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and the food is really outstanding. They offer western and far eastern fare, but their local dishes are amazing -- delicately spiced and beautifully presented. The real highlight of the hotel, though, is the staff. They genuinely take pleasure in offering the best, most professional service. We've stayed in a lot of "first class" hotels in a lot of places, the service here would be very difficult to equal.

We stayed at the Lalit, Temple View which turned out to be a pleasant experience. They have a big property, well maintained lawns, a swimming pool, at one end of which is a beautiful open air Krishna temple. The lovely breakfast was spread out in the open air on bright sunny winter mornings, partly shaded by the trees. The stay was comfortable, and overall food, including traditional local dishes, under the supervision of the friendly chef Rajesh Pawar was great. The hotel limits internet connects to just 3 per room, which is completely outdated, as couples carry a minimum of 2 gadgets, phone and laptop/tablet. But the IT guy Kamlesh was very helpful in resolving this thoughtless inconvenience. Strangely even though I booked directly with the Lalit.com, I was charged a higher rate than booking.com, this was despite the person taking my booking was Mr Raina, who had hosted a 30 night stay for my family occasion in Lalit, Srinagar. If that was not bad enough, I was not even given a ground floor room, nor a free upgrade in compensation. This was the worst part of my stay.

Just did a family picnic trip to Khajuraho and I would say that staying at The LaLiT Temple View Khajuraho was a game-changer! I was there for the first time and to our surprise it turned out to be awesome, especially for families. My kids spent hours splashing around in the pool, which was clean and had a shallow area for the little ones. Our room was big enough for the whole gang to spread out without feeling cramped. Breakfast was also good, we liked the buffet that had everything from pancakes for the kids to fresh dosas for the grown-ups. We also tried the room service a couple of nights and the food arrived hot and delicious. The hotel grounds are beautiful, perfect for enjoying a family picnic and having lunch outdoors. After my experience here, I would say that it is one of the best resorts in Khajuraho, perfect for a family stay.

My friends and I stayed at the pool for one day which was lovely. We used the spa and chilled at the pool :) Highly recommended if you need to chill a bit! The Spa has a Sauna and a Steam and the Showers have everything you need (Towels, Shampoo etc.)

The staff was very warm snd welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we were lovingly served by Shri Bhagwat Agnihotri. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The water was easy on the eyes unlike some pools where the chemicals used are very harsh.

Lalit Traveller Hotel & Temple View Hotel are in the same complex and share common facilities such as restaurants, swimming pool, etc. Lalit Traveller Hotel is a budget hotel vis-a-vis Temple View Hotel being a Luxury one. This, to an extent, gets reflected in the Room Decor but the hygiene and cleanliness are not compromised at all. We stayed in a Lalit Franchise hotel for the first time and weren't sure what to expect but we had a great time. We experienced excellent hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and at the restaurant also, we experienced the impeccable hospitality. At one point, we were waiting for the food that ordered and the restaurant manager sweetly brought us some soup and told us that he wouldn't like us to see us waiting for the food. Breakfast was excellent, too. We would certainly like to stay with them if we were to visit Khajuraho again.

India is hundred % safe and not only LaLit Hotel but in and arround area is also safe. Pls get is touch with all the hotels booked by you well in advance. Place like khajuraho gets 98% inbound travelllers every year.
