Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
It is relatively a new property, just about 2 years old. Lobby is large with good ambience. Spacious, clean rooms. Clean bed linen. Bath room is big, bath towels are clean. Sanitary wares are sparking clean. Washbasin counter is big, glazed wall tiles are spotless. There is plenty of storage space for luggage, but no provision for hanging cloth!! Room service is good, complaints and requests are attended promptly. However, restaurant service is very average. Limited choice for buffett breakfast and dinner. Restaurants staff is not courteous and their service is poor. Only just one staff to serve about 40 guests. It is a good place to stay with family in good clean ambience, how ever they need to improve their restaurant service.

Lush green Garden with very nice Swimming Pool and vast span of open space full of greenery at Gautam Hotels & Resorts (Khajuraho) left an indelible impression on our mind.
The staff members were very co-operative and always gave very good service with a personal touch and smile.
The items we ordered for Breakfast as well as for Lunch and Dinner were served very nicely and were mouth licking.
The neatness and cleanliness of Rooms and the Hotel itself were excellent !!!

If you are coming to khajuraho one should stay in Gautama hotels and resorts as it has got best spacious rooms ans wonderful service in the restaurant with tasty food. I think that rates are very much affordable for the tourist in this property. They are maintaining the 4 star category standard as it's a new property. Having a very nice Garden and swimming pool area. It is just 2 minutes from the main temple complex

It was good stay .nice staff restaurant facilities are missing . Clean room big room reasonable price good deal available on MMT .good for 01 pr 02 days stay . If you looking luxury facilities in budget

Amazing property but badly managed. The team/staff are wonderful and willing to help in any possible way. Less ratings is not because of hotel building or team, it's just needed attention to details and training to team member. There is huge potential for this resort with an amazing infrastructure, huge rooms, good restaurant food but very sub standard breakfast despite best efforts from Mr Mishra - things are not unto the mark.

It's was wonderful experience to stay in Gautam hotel for the new year celebration of night of 31 st Hotel in heart of town close to temples and local market staff was local but hospitable Rooms very spacious and clean

Si trova in una zona centrale di Khajuraho, su una strada dove potete trovare vari negozi che vendono ogni genere di cose, e abbastanza vicino ai templi Induisti di Khajuraho. Si presenta molto bene, è pulito e senza odori sgradevoli. La stanza era molto ampia e spaziosa, stesso discorso per il bagno fornito di ampia doccia. Ovviamente manca il bidet. Non c'è il telefono in stanza. Disponibile all'esterno una bella piscina pulitissima anche se per raggiungerla il vialetto è piuttosto ruvido e con sassolini. Il giardino è curato. In stanza c'è a disposizione lo scaldaacqua e il necessario per farsi il the ed il caffe. Il personale è adeguato e immediatamente a disposizione per ogni necessità. Sia a colazione che a pranzo/cena si mangia bene con porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi ottimi
