Detailed Reviews
Visited Khajuaho and must thank MP Tourism for doing a fantastic coordination.
Stayed at Hotel Payal ( Tourist Lodge run by MP Tourism).
Must mebtion the two young managers ,Mr Siv Om Sen and Sayeed Asif Ali and the team they groomed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.
It felt like Home since they left no stone unturned to meet our expectations at any hour of the day or night with a smiling face.
The Staff were fantastic to say the least.
We also had Lunch at a restaurant called Pinch of Salt, believe me ,you can visit this place without taking my recommendation without a pinch of salt.
Must mention Durgesh our driver cum guide- a smiling young man with impeccable demanour, brilliant photographer and a phenomenal guide.
The Dance Festival is a once in a lifetime experience with performance in the backdrop of majestic Temple Structures lit up by thoughtful lighting.
I had a great time.
Oh by the way, also saw a Tigress with her cubs beside the Ken river in Panna Reserve Forest.

We stayed in the property for four nights. On 4th November, as a pleasant surprise, Ms Amrita, Front Desk Manager, presented a bouquet on my birthday. It was a nice gesture on the part MPT. Firstly the room, it is equipped with all amenities albeit sanitary fittings could have been shined and toilet requires glass shower partition. Secondly the services, the staff is very sweet and cooperative. They smilingly arranged guide, transportation for local tourist hot-spots. And, advised about local cultural events. As regards meals, room service is very fast and in house restaurant preparations are good with reasonable rates. There is ample space for parking a/w proper dormitory for drivers. Finally, the property is centrally located in the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Desk manager, Asif Ali, was most friendly and helpful with all my enquiries about Khajuraho and surroundings, but also most efficient in rebooking my flight, and in finding me a good guide.
The hotel is very calm around a nice garden-courtyard. The swimming pool is a pleasant surprise. Kitchen is fine, and staff most friendly.
